I had to consolidate multiple calendars into one master, but that is just good practice I should have done anyway. Pros I am using the free version of Canlendly and having good success. I found it easy to setup and configure for integration into my website. I also have been sending the link via text when I need someone to schedule time with me. Cons The free version is limited and I imagine I’ll eventually switch to the paid version to handle more appointment types. It allows the families to choose a time best for them without all the back and forth. Pros Calendly is great for scheduling prospective student tours or interviews. It is much more simple than having to call them back and forth to figure out a date. Cons I like everything about Calendly. December 17, 2025 5.0 Calendry has relieved me of much of the stress of scheduling my visa consultations and saved time on back and forth emails and allowed my clients to make their own bookings at a convenient time. Pros I prefer to make single reservations and having confirmed bookings on my calendar immediately, with automatic reminders that minimize no-show because of crucial visa negotiation. Cons I do not like it because the time to set up more complicated availability rules is time-consuming, and I check the settings every time I adjust the office schedule or reserve a flight. It did not take long to implement and setup. It interfaces well with Zoom. Pros It just really works . Easy to use and setup. It did not take long to get up and running. The free trial was helpful. Cons Cost - pricey..there are cheaper alternatives that work just as well . It does not manage booking multiple people well. I have been a paying customer of Calendly for several years and I have not been tempted to move to other online calendar services. Pros The ease of scheduling meetings with Calendly is superb. From sending a link, an email widget or embedding a calendar on a web page, Calendly has so much flexibility. Cons I think Calendly could have more flexibility with syncing with third-party tools like CRMs, online meeting software etc. Also, although the workflows Calendly has are a great idea, I do find them a little troublesome to use and put together Review Source SC Sarah C. Setting up that kind of limit required a work around but it was better than Google Calendar. Pros It was fairly easy to set up a meeting type and set different availability windows for each day. The free plan was reasonable; it's not too limited to be functional. It gave me more features than Google Calendar for scheduling online meetings like user feedback interviews. Cons I needed to limit the total number of a meeting type, but I could only limit by a time frame instead (weekly instead of a total limit). I also had some trouble with missing the save button and having to redo settings because it wasn't obvious. Calendly simplified scheduling considerably and has been well worth the price. Pros I looked at several tools, but Calendly seemed to be the best for flexibility. I'm able to create multiple different types and lengths of events, make some visible to everyone but others not, and specify exactly the text that should be sent to a client when they schedule. It also integrates easily with Zoom. Cons Setting up my availability and specifying availability for different event types had a bit of a learning curve. Easy to configure and use and itnis a great tool for any business that need to schedule on line appointments. Pros With Calendly you can allow your customers to book meetings in your diary at their convenience. They are then far more likely to attend. Calendly offers automated schedule reminders and follow ups that ensure everyone shows up for the scheduled meetings. Cons All Calendly features has been so responsive. The user-friendly interface is clean and professional-looking for both me and my clients. Cons The free plan is quite limited, with only one event type, so I had to upgrade sooner than expected. Occasionally, there are minor integration hiccups with certain calendar systems. The mobile browser experience could be improved - time input controls don't use typical mobile interfaces. It’s just hard if you have to schedule for multiple people because you have to look up each person’s calendar and then go on calendar and look for an appointment time. I wish it had the ability to connect with your own calendar or Pros The ability to look at another person schedule and be able to plop it on their calendar without having to reach out to them and go back-and-forth on email Cons That it does not coincide with a calendar of yourself and you have to look up your own calendar appointment times to connect. I didn't have any bugs or issues Pros How convenient it is for constantly setting up meetings, I would say it took away 70% of the time I used to spend talking to clients trying to fund matching times, especially across different time zones. Cons I tried it for my business but found that the features were not very customizable to our needs. When I contacted customer support to see more personalized options, they were quick to respond but for a growing and just starting business, the enterprise pricing was outside the budget.
