I like the ability to send reminder emails before an appointment. Pros I like the ease of scheduling multiple events, keeping everything organized, easy to navigate and edit if needed. Pros It’s straightforward and saves a lot of time when coordinating with clients or team members. The ability to share availability and automate bookings makes scheduling much more efficient. As my company grew, we stayed with Calendly. Pros I love that Calendly offers a free option that allowed me to get traction with my startup and as my company grew I stayed with them. Cons You can only have one "Event Type" at a time on the free version, and last minute scheduling can be a little clunky. However, the paid options are affordable. Pros What I like about calendly is that makes easy to create meeting without the back and forth of emails. Its inability was a show-stopper. Pros Calendly is one of the most popular meeting schedulers, and I think its reputation is well-deserved: it integrates with two of the most-used calendar platforms (Microsoft and Google) and features very good usability. Cons It shockingly doesn't support Apple, a very large platform used by hundreds of millions (billions?) of people worldwide. Pros I have used Calendly for at least a year. I use it in the most basic but productive way. Connected to my calendar and my Gmail, I see notifications each time someone sets an appointment and an event is added to my agenda. It’s very simple to integrate your calendar link in your email address for people to book your services and if they need to cancel or reschedule, it’s very simple. Cons I don’t have any cons about using Calendly. It’s very easy to set up and it pretty much serves its purpose. Cons Most of the systems we use is apple but calendly for a strange reason doesn’t seem to be compatible with apple calendar. Pros It is super simple to get set up and get your teammates set up. Configuring event types is also fairly straightforward. Pros The ease my prospects can use my calendar to schedule and reschedule meetings is the most important functionality of any tool. I can give them ways to book by adding a clickable calendar in the body of the email or by coming to a booking page. Cons Leadership seems to be using another tool for weblead booking. It does create an inconsistency, but I'm not part of that decision. But we fought to keep calendly for our personal scheduling. Using the API with CRM is a huge plus, and being able to sync it with the calendar. Pros It’s awesome for letting prospects book calls with us for everything from appointments to maintenance work. It’s able to use with your CRM to add leads Cons The event type setup can be a bit of headache - it’s not always super intuitive. It sometimes feels like settings change any heads-up. If you're only needing a booking platform, this is a great option to free up some time and be able to book out your schedule with discovery/sales calls without the back and forth of going over calendars with clients. Pros I love their integration with video conferencing platforms and payment processors. It allows me to offer my services to clients and have their meeting scheduled, booked and paid for, all without me needing to do a thing, leaving it in my clients hands and giving me more time. Cons I do find that most other calendar and booking platforms are offering what calendly offers so it would be nice to see them improve some of their features. Pros It was easy to pop a link in an email and then someone can book directly into your calendar. We don’t use anymore as another tool we bought had something similar but I liked calendly. Cons Only had a choice of 15/30/45/60 minute meetings. Sometimes I book meetings for 1.5 hours so this couldn’t be done. Review Source JS Jejuan S. Changes can be put into calendars on devices. Pros I think this product is great for booking. It is very simple and easy to use. The value is great. February 24, 2025 5.0 Calendly, after the hurdle that was it's setup, is such a crucial tool that I couldn't imagine a better scheduling app. Pros It's an easy and intuitive way for clients to schedule meetings. It's connectivity with my calendar and Zoom are invaluable. It will automatically give available according to my calendar, and will automatically create Zoom links for the meetings. Cons The initial setup with Calendly was a bit rough. Thankfully, I had a team member that walked us through setting up the ideal settings, but I'm not sure if I could've done the same myself in a short amount of time. The integration with my calender and Zoom are great, but the setup and initial connection were quite finicky and took many attempts to get it done successfully. Review Source LV Lorelei V. Just starting, it was hard to decide which meeting would be most useful for me.
