It has made my life so much easier, and not just for me, but the users on the other end of it. I rarely come into contact with someone who can't figure out how to use Calendly if I send them my link. I think that has happened once or twice. I also have had multiple people thank me for introducing them to Calendly. Pros The thing I like and appreciate the most is the number of hours Calendly has helped me save over time. I have to schedule a lot of interviews and meetings, for myself and for others. By implementing Calendly, we have dramatically decreased the number of hours spent on scheduling and rescheduling requests. Scheduling is not a fun thing to do, so I am very grateful for Calendly! Cons There really is nothing I can think of that I don't like, which is rare for me to say. Calendly does exactly what it sets out to do. All of the functionality works the way it needs to. It's super simple and easy to use. We tried the free version to try it out, and garner interest from teams and the org. Pros It is amazing for allowing external folks to schedule time on your calendar. Working in sales it's easy for a potential client, or existing client to put 15, 30, or 60 minutes on your calendar without all of the back and forth in scheduling. It's simple by sending them or link, or simply having a calendly link in your signature. You can also set defaults for 15, 30, or 60 minutes and simply edit once booked. You can also link calendly to your video conference solution. Cons Though the free version is great, you really need the paid version to unlock all of the cool features. Sending too many links to a customer or potential customer can cause for their company filter to block your email before it even gets to them. Review Source JM Janet M. The flexibility to customize your calendar is unrivaled; combine that with some incredible integrations, efficient and streamlined procedures, and it has allowed me to optimize my productivity by giving a quick booking procedure that requires no effort from me. Pros I love how straightforward it is for me to provide a link to clients in order for them to schedule a meeting with me. It is very customizable and simply interacts with Google Calendar. Calendly is the most user-friendly scheduling app available. You can share a link to a standing meeting (or a collection of links of varied lengths, types, and so on), and it's quite simple to integrate with calendars in a secure manner. I understand that my Calendly link will not – and cannot – double-book me, but it does provide folks access to my calendar. Cons Calendly has yet to irritate me in any way. Calendly, in my opinion, is an excellent tool for scheduling meetings. Pros It was easy to use from the user’s perspective Cons I wish that they had the coupon code feature and the ability to have two meetings scheduled at the same time - for example: a Zoom meeting and in-person meeting at the same time. I had to pay for a whole extra admin to be able to host a Zoom and in-person meeting at the same time. I just connected my calendar, allocated time free for meetings and - other people can now book time in my available slots. Such a burden taken off! I have integrated Calendly with the CRM we are using, with Slack reminders so - I can keep track of, communicate with the rest of the team about my appointments and get reminded of everything in a pretty straightforward way. Very pleased with the service overall! Pros Ease of use, fast set up, features very well thought, inexpensive, options to integrate with CRM Cons Works great so far, nothing not to like. Maybe the ability to customize part of the confirmation emails was a bit limited, would be great to be able to compose the entire confirmation email yourself, using specific wildcards. Pros Calendly has excellent synchronization with Google Chrome and Zoom, thus allowing me to easily schedule meetings or find the relevant link (for certain type of meeting) easily....all very intuitive with my normal workflow. Cons While it's excellent for scheduling virtual meetings, it could probably improve for scheduling in-person meetings in different locations than my main office, like allowing a client to suggest a different meeting place. The way we can sync not only with whatever calendars but also with each other, have custom landing pages and choices for different client categories, branding options, etc., has been totally flawless. I've never once had a technical hiccup and I really appreciate some "little touch" features like different availabilities for different services. Bravo, A+, will continue to use. Cons Does get a little pricy once you rack up the features and users but still either less expensive or competitive with any other solution in the category while being much more user friendly. Pros I utilize Calendly in all of my email correspondence and it is a lifesaver! I frequently get comments of appreciation for how easy it makes it to find time to connect and cuts out the needless back and forth on email. It runs seamlessly in the background and I don't even have to think about it! Cons I wish there was more functionality in the free version, but upgrading to a premium subscription won't break the bank and is well worth it for the added efficiency.
