Love the multiple workflow options to offer different communication at different parts of the client experience/life cycle. The app is also very convenient and allows you to manage scheduling in the moment. Cons While it's great as a scheduling tool, it isn't very flexible when it comes to payments. As a business owner I want to be able to offer discounts/coupons/packages that self-track each use etc and that unfortunately isn't possible with this platform. Pros Calendly allows my contact the freedom of scheduling meetings with me when it is convenient for them. It has ended the grueling process of scheduling meetings via email. Hubspot en plus d'être un CRM efficace, nous permet de créer une page de prise de RV par compte gratuit. Tu peux adapter la page selon le branding de ton entreprise et tu peux créer des rappels automatique pour les rencontres ce qui était un incontournable pour nous. Nous avons eu plusieurs démos de ''no show'' parce que les gens avaient oubliés notre rencontre. Je suis consciente que la version payante de Calendly offre ces features, mais pour des contraintes budgétaires, nous ne pouvions pas opter pour une version payante. Je crois qu'en sommes c'est un très bel outil et très complet, seulement il faut payer pour la version supérieur. Pros J'ai beaucoup aimé la simplicité d'utilisation de Calendly et son intégration simple et efficace à notre site internet. Pour des contraintes budgétaire notre entreprise utilisait la version gratuite du logiciel. Cons La version gratuite ne dispose pas des fonctionnalités de rappel de rendez-vous ainsi que le branding de ton entreprise. The thing they are really lacking is reporting tool - currently you dont know what calls were made and so on. Pros Easy to use scheduling tool for small/medium businesses. We used it to create appointment bookings for our support agents - once set up, runs smoothly. Cons Can be a bit tricky if you work across multiple time zones - in some cases, we have seen users reporting different time frames and so on. I use it for so many different types of meetings that I have to schedule. I have had a wonderful experience and hope others enjoy using it as much as I do. Pros I like Calendly because it makes scheduling meetings with people so much easier. I used to e-mail someone with a proposed set of dates, go back and forth to figure out a time that worked well for each of us, sometimes miss the actual date we wanted to schedule, start over, and then finally set a date to meet. With calendly, I just send out my personal meeting link and people can choose from the dates I am available. I love that I can set up my Calendly calendar to specific days, and that it syncs with my personal calendar. I couldn't recommend this more. I haven't delved into their other features like email management, but since calendly is my top choice if I ever am interested in other features I will calendly out first. Pros The platform is very user friendly, anyone would be able to navigate through calendly easily and effectively. The style, font, and set up of calendly looks very clean and neat, making it easy to view and navigate. If I have a question about a certain part of calendly I had quick access to the tutorials or documents to read up on any information I was missing. Cons I don't really have any cons about Calendly, I would like to be able to use more group features for one user without having to pay a monthly fee, since it's only myself and not apart of a team. December 6, 2018 4.0 Calendly helps me keep a schedule remotely, without having to pick up a phone and use time to try and find a time slot that works for both me and my clients to connect. Pros I like this software because it works across multiple platforms. I use if for both my Outlook calendar and my Google calendar, which saves time clicking back and forth between. I like that the app lets you choose your availability, the amount of time that you are available, and you can even give your appointments names or titles as you so wish. I also have Calendly embedded in my website so that prospective clients can schedule intro calls with ease. Cons There isn't much that I don't like, except that getting the app embedded into your website can be a little wonky. Clients are able to pick their own times and how they would like to meet. Once they have decided, it auto schedules on our calendars and we are kept in the loop. Cons The only negative for this product is that if you want the features, you need to pay. We ended up purchasing the next step up in order to have the number of connections we needed. Even on the free plan you are able to set your availability via working hours and calendar integration. Pros The thing I like most about Calendly is probably how it looks to the end user when booking an appointment. Personally, it's the most attractive (and simplest) one I've come across, and I've tried a few competitors. Cons I have nothing particularly negative to say about Calendly. The only thing is the recent rebranding; the logo really irks me. Luckily this design hasn't leaked into the design of the actual calendar software though. Founder Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "The easiest way I've found to schedule an appointment" March 7, 2018 5.0 I save a lot of time using this tool, and it makes my email life a lot simpler (no more 5 emails back and forth to figure out a time) Pros Calendly is simple, free (for 1 calendar event type), and makes my life a lot easier. As a recruiter I'm constantly scheduling phone calls with people, and was really tired of the back and forth. I tried out Assistant.to, and even X.ai for an AI driven appointment scheduler, and just came away unimpressed. If there are times to click IN the email, or the AI has to go back and forth - people seem confused and the process just ends up taking longer. With Calendly, it's simple enough that people understand it and I almost never have someone have a problem with it. I just say book a time here, and put in my link then boom a few minutes later it's on my calendar. Has saved me a lot of time with the back and forth of scheduling, and fortunately all I schedule day in and day out is phone screens so I can get by on the free software for now. Cons Some of the settings for your calendar control are a little hidden and unintuitive. For example, I didn't have a 15 minute gap between calls for a long time because I didn't see the setting and didn't bother to go digging for it for awhile. Review Source PA Pia A. Pros Ease of integration with WP, and its 100% customization through the calendi or css itself Cons The price is high. I have 5 licenses now, but will continue to purchase for more clients. In the end, I save time with other plugins that I integrate into WP.
