It's simple to use, and anyone who wants to contact me via Calendly, whether for meetings or anything else, can pick a time that works for him based on my availability. It does all the things I need it to, and can sync with my personal calendar. I may not be a forever user, but in my current profession, it is very useful in this regard. Overall a solid calendar. Pros The free version of this software is simple and easy to use. I primarily use it for work (while my personal calendar is linked as well). It has helped reduce the amount of double-booking meetings I do, and I like I get text alerts for anything I have scheduled. Seems like a simple thing, but I have used calendars in the past that don't provide that luxury so it's nice when tech works the way it should! Cons I know it's the basic package, but I wish I could add one more calendar. At its core, it is pretty basic. But, that is why it is the "Basic" (Free) version. I will recommend it over most other scheduling software Pros I totally love the idea of the flexibility of setting my availability and having it reflected when I send a link. It is very simple to link to all your calendars, including Microsoft. The free version offers amazing features to familiarize yourself with the application. Cons Whenever someone does not show up, I don't have any power to cancel current meeting and send reschedule email. There is only no show button about not to send thank you message after the meeting is over. It will be great if they add send a reschedule email if someone missed the meeting. It is also mobil-averse, so plan on consulting Calendly in front of desktop, laptop or tablet. Pros User friendly for individual as well as commercial use. Paypal, Stripe, Zoom, Facetime, Skype as well as Google Meet and other business suites are easily integrated to the Calendly apparatus. Great dashboard for the newbie. All features work almost flawlessly and the features for reaching staff, family, clients or any group as to upcoming events is without peer. Cons No option for logo nor color-flourishes that would identify your business. I really like the simplicity and the flexibility to communicate with the other party before the appointment to make sure we are on the same page when we have the meeting or the call. Pros The title says it already. After testing a couple of different options I have settled with Calendly as the easiest and still complex calendar scheduler integrated with my Google Calendar. It is a set and forget option as I can manage all of the blocked out times from my calendar instead of logging in to Calendly again and again. I can set the length of the meeting / call with automatic buffer time, which gives me a chance to get prepared for the next event. Cons The limitations of the free account can be frustrating but the very affordable paid subscription solve the issues. Analytics is not existing and that could be handy but not a big issue. We have also recently introduced Calendly unto our website ,allowing customers to book 15 minute calls with a representative ,at anytime of the day. Cons I think that the free version should have at least two calendar options instead of the free version only has one I actually have the paid version and have a couple of more than two. September 7, 2018 5.0 I use it to setup online Skype meetings and phone calls with prospective clients, by sharing custom event links with them through the e-mail. Pros The interphase and design is simple yet elegant. I am able to customize it with my company's logo, colors, and additional texts. I love the way the timeslots are displayed, as well as the cirlces for the days in the calendar. By adding it to Gmail, it is really easy to keep track of appointments because they get automatically added to my Google calendar. This way I can organize my online meetings with my real-life commitments making sure that I have plenty of availability for each. Cons I tried thinking about a "con" but I have nothing. It does what it should, and it handles appointments seamlessly! When I hadn't signed up to the paid plan the branding was displayed, which is normal for any free tool that unleashes its full functionality for non-paying users (at least, see the branding, right?). Pros I absolutely LOVE Calendly! I get a lot of emails from people who are interested in learning about my organization. Instead of going back and forth via email to set up a date, I simply send people my calendar link and they schedule a day and time that works best for them to meet. I also love how I can set my availability and how it links up to my gmail work calendar so that if I'm already booked for a meeting it reflects on my Calendly calendar and shows that Im not available. Cons At first some features were a little difficult to use, but if you take time to play around you figure it out and the rest becomes that much easier. The integration with my Office 365 calendar is seamless and people can easily see my availabilities. Plus we can customize the meeting to our needs. I like the different teams meeting options since it gave us more flexibility when we need to schedule meetings with our users. And since it is helpful to my vendors to plan their meetings with me and since it reduces the amount of communication needed to plan those meetings, I will continue using it. Pros I like the ability to clearly state my availability for consultation appointments. I can highlight specific block of times and even change them later on.
