Pros Calendly is easy to use, customize, and integrate with your own calendar. I love tailoring the color schemes and times to fit my needs. I am using the free version for myself. I have been using the paid version when I was speaker relations manager and also as admin and hr assistant - works super and it's greatly accepted by all of the people I had meetings with! Pros That I can set up my own desirable timings, integrate with my Google Calendar and just share the link with the client. A bonus part is that I can set up to be mandatory for the person to type in email and phone to choose a timing. So I don't need to loose time in searching for the contact details or setting them in by myself. Cons Cons? The free version gives you option to set 1 meeting only. I no longer have to go back and forth with a candidate trying to figure out a time to speak with them. I am able to send them an invite to which they can choose a time from my calendar that works for them. I also love that I can set my availability and block days from candidates being able to book. I am never double booked, which makes it so I don't have to get stressed out about rescheduling a meeting. Cons I do wish there could be more of a variety of time slots to pick. You have your 15, 30, 45 & 60 minute time slots. But, I would love to edit those if possible. Now I send them a link with my availability and they get to pick whenever it works for them to meet. Cons It didn't integrate with one of my enterprise exchange accounts because of the IT structure in a highly regulated industry. It integrates well with most calendars. Pros Calendly is by far the most user friendly scheduling software that I've used. The interface is easy to navigate for both my team and for people looking to schedule time. I just think it's great. Cons I wish that data was easier to see on Calendly. It's definitely there but I would love the ability to pull a report to see everyone who signed up for a round robin style event. Hier hilft Calendly extrem zuverlässig - es zeigt mir sofort an, welche Zeiten an welchen Tagen bei unserem Geschäftsführer frei sind und kann diese Termine problemlos am Telefon anbieten. Wenn sich ein passender Termin findet, ist dieser innerhalb weniger Sekunden gebucht und der Interessent erhält zudem eine Bestätigungsemail. Alleine diese E-Mail spart Minuten an zusätzlichem Aufwand. Durch die Automation ist der Vorgang schnell und zuverlässig erledigt, der Interessent hat alle Informationen erhalten, die er braucht und ich konnte mit wenigen Klicks mehrere Kommunikationsschritte auf einmal erledigen. Cons Hier gibt es eigentlich nicht viel auszusetzen. Das Tool ist simpel und bietet eine simple Lösung und kann daher auch nicht viele Fehler machen. Cons I wish there was a way to integrate multiple calendars into Calendly so it would see existing Personal and Professional things I have scheduled already. It also can be a bit of a pain to manually upkeep availability as I don't have the exact same availability every week. Pros There are a few different things I like about Calendly. First of all, the overall concept: connect Calendly to your calendar app, create an event, add details and share the link with someone you would like to have an appointment with. It sounds simple but this process will really save you hours and emails that you won't have to send back and forth. And you can even connect Calendly to Zoom or any other video conferencing platform you are using, so that a Zoom room will be automatically created and its details shared with the person who booked an appointment through your Calendly link. It is very nice that the platform has a free plan, which means that you can have many of its benefits without having to spend one cent. Plus, there is even a mobile app, which is a very nice plus compared to other scheduling tools. Cons While it is great that Calendly has one free plan, it is limited to one type of event (for example, a 30 min call) so you will need to use a paid subscription if you need more than just one event. Also, if you are a coach, a consultant, a consultant or similar, and you would like to sell something through your Calendly you will only be able to do that with the paid plan. We have streamlined meeting room reservations to the point it is almost effortless to insure the rooms are being use fairly. Pros This calendar is really easy to set up and use. The items link directly to your calendar( we use Gmail) and sends your admin notifications for when the appointments are booked. This is much easier than the call in system we used to use. More organized and fair to everyone with a 24 hr booking notice. Cons IF the admin has an item on your calendar already, it will not let you or other people to book a time for that slot. This is a bug we have reached out to the support to try and fix but they do not have an answer for us.
