November 20, 2023 5.0 Pros I LOVE Calendly in my small nonprofit role. I use it mainly to schedule folks for looking at boatyard slips on a lake that I manage, and a little bit for scheduling move-ins and move-outs, and it's excellent. It's so easy to use, it's easy to make changes, it automatically updates my schedule and leaves less room for errors or missed appointments, and I implemented it seamlessly with other software we were already using. It's just a ridiculously wonderful product. Cons I only needed support once, and was a little frustrated that email was the only option. With Calendly I can organize all the important meetings that we frequently have with members of the organization's board and when we have the need to make some modifications or share some details about the company, where I can choose the most available schedule that is not heavy for the parties. The system also allows me to integrate other calendars, so that I do not have to worry when I have several meetings at the same time with different people, since Calendly will always keep me informed at all times. Pros Calendly is a tool that allows me to automate all my appointments in a very easy way, through it I can schedule meetings of the company without major inconveniences. The centralized management and shared interim calendar of employees save a lot of time and of course money. The system allows us to have a history of the activities, since the system keeps them and in this way we can be aware if the tasks that we have assigned to our work staff have been fully utilized. Electrical and electronics engineer Education Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A solution to schedule meetings easily without back and forth emails" September 21, 2020 4.0 Calendly is a great tool that takes away the effort and back and forth communication of arranging a meeting by automating most of the process. The web application works really well and has all the features I need. However, the mobile app is lacking and does not offer the same great implementation. If the app too is developed, it will be great for people on the go. If you are fine using just the web based version, Calendly is a great recommendation. Pros Calendly helps you schedule a meeting by picking a convenient time/s for you and allowing you to share it via email or embedding it on a website. The people who will attend the meeting can then chose their ideal time in correspondence to the rules you set. You do not have to email back and forth to clarify things like the time zone or if the schedule will not work for the attendees because the attendees will have a glimpse of all the possible meeting times and can chose the optimal one. Once accepted, the meeting will automatically appear on your Google calendar or other most commonly used calendars. Reminders will also be sent before the meeting. There are also options to plan single or multiple meetings depending on who can attend and who cannot. Cons Although the web based application works really well, the mobile app has not seen the same love and care by the development team. There is not much you can do from the app and often you will be redirected to the browser and out from the app. If all the great features will be made available in the app as well, it will be a great overall package. We have our entire team using it in both of our locations. Pros I love how we are able to schedule using the computer, and we no longer have to write everything down. Calendly sends you reminders and it is extremely hard to forget an appointment when using them. Cons We are unable to immediately reach a customer service team member for questions. We have to submit a support request and wait for someone to get back with us if there is some sort of issue. It's totally stress-free because there's zero bugs or issues with the software and everything is super intuitive. I have zero complaints. Pros Calendly is great for scheduling appointments because it is clean, simple, & easy to use. It takes just minutes to set up your first booking link that you can use to schedule your own appointments or use to send out to others to schedule appointments with you. It's also very sleek and modern looking. A lot of scheduling software I've used in the past looks to be reminiscent of the mid-2000s (ie, AppointmentCore). Finally, there are many integrations that can be used with Calendly that allows you to use it alongside your CRM, personal calendar, and so on. Cons It isn't free. They do allow you to use a free trial for a certain period of time but then you're stuck paying $10/month for the basic package. And, to set up links for multiple people, you need an account per team member, so the cost can add up. The time Calendly ends up saves for you, however, makes the the cost worth it in the end. With Calendly, we never run into issues. Once it's all set up, everything continues to work as intended. If someone needs to pay me before chatting, Calendly handles that. Cons I have not found any cons. It is super easy to use. I haven't had an error yet where it's gotten my availability wrong. I'm using the free feature, which only allows one time-length option. THat's kind of a bummer, but you can update it any time so if you have a period of time where you're meeting candidates for 20 minutes, say, you can change your default. That's pretty cool. Pros Easily to integrate with Google calendar, makes it easy to book meetings, saves me time from back-and-forth scheduling. The price point is great, too (I'm on the free tier) Cons I'm on the free tier right now, so I don't know that I can speak to this. I would like the ability to have multiple booking URLs for different meeting lengths, but I know that's available on the paid tier, so really I have no dissatisfaction with the product I'm using. It's intuitive and I've never had to reach out to get support involved. Pros I've used other online calendars, but none of them come close to Calendly's integration and customization capabilities. So nice to use. Pros the time differences are easy to manage, it wont be confusing when using it. It can be integrated into many applications and clients can easily see what time is available and book a slot in an instant. Cons Its a fine scheduler but it does not integrate fully with some applications. It has a room for improvement in this area, even though it is popular in this set of software. As a solopreneur, I am looking for products and services that synchs easily and Calendly holds to its promise. I work with Google Calendar and Stripe, so my clients can see when I am available and all payments are done in advance. Special mention to the emails automation (15$ US / month) that works like a breeze. Cons The only aspect that got me a little sweating is that Calendly doesn't synch to gift cards. Pros I do like how common it is to use, how easy it is to click and schedule any time slots from what is available. The content is easy to see and is not cluttered making using this so much easier. Cons I think there can be more features really that improve users on both ends, between host, and participant. For starters I think a real time alert system to know when a room/meeting has been fully signed up on can help the host if they need more space. Pros Tightly integrated with my Outlook / Office 365 calendar Easy to setup default rules Cuts down tremendously on all the hassle & time to set up appointments. Team calendars is fantastic (book a time with an external person that fits two or more peoples schedule) Cons Not much except this is how Microsoft Bookings SHOULD work. So... I suspect one day this feature set will be properly integrated into the Office suite, until then the only thing I'd want is licensing that encourages occasional use (I'd love the entire company to have, just don't want to pay the license for people who may only use very occasionally). Pros Reliable, synced well with Google Cal, I could customize my available times, my time zone (which often changed), message to include. Overall, I never ever had to worry about the reliability of the app. Cons Finding where to adjust my availability was not intuitive and then the save button wasn't obvious so I ended up not saving my changes all the time! You can also have different length meetings Cons I really don't have any cons- the only thing I wish it could do is recognize that I have meetings that I scheduled on my calendar already and take that into account when applying the rules for how many meetings per day of each type I can have scheduled.
