CEO Consumer Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Extremely User-Friendly" June 29, 2021 5.0 I firmly believe that our company is more profitable directly due to using Calendly. In the past, arranging meetings with multiple people especially would be so burdensome that I would drop balls. That has never happened with Calendly. Pros Connecting Calendly to our calendar was very easy. It wasn't 100% intuitive for the initial connection, but close. I love that I can send the link to someone with zero explanation, and they will book an appt with me. I have yet to have anyone ask for clarity on how to book the appt, what next steps are, or to miss an appt. Reminder system works very well also. Cons There is literally nothing that is a problem, but if I have to name my least favorite feature, I would say that it could be a bit more intuitive when creating link. There is one step that I have to figure out each time rather than just intuitively moving forward. Review Source MM Martha M. The syn and integration with other calendar services makes my life easier. Cons That most of the free features are now limited. We would previously spend a massive amount of time sending our available times to our 3rd party staffing agencies, responding to interview requests, and manually scheduling interview times in our calendars. Now Calendly does all of the work for us, all we have to do is monitor the availability of our schedules. Pros This program saves myself (and my company) a great deal of time in responding to emails and scheduling interview candidates from our 3rd party staffing agencies. Cons It only allows you to send calendar invites to one calendar. We have tried to see if there are workarounds to having Calendly send invites to multiple users in our organization, but unfortunately that is not something they apparently offer. Co-founder & Cloud Systems Engineer Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Super professional way to have clients book time on your calendar with very clean UI" May 15, 2018 5.0 Rather than the back and forth emails about when someone is free, you can simply have them sign up for an open slot on your calendar via website, link or a pop-up widget, all of which look highly professional with a clean UI. I was able to cut down on the back and forth and get more phone meeting with clients due to the reduction in steps for scheduling an appointment. Pros Clients can quickly understand what slots on our calendars are open and the user interface is very clean and non cluttered. I also have to mention that they recently integrated with google analytics which is something that wasn't present before which is super helpful. Cons I have no complaints about this software. Initially, this software could only look at 1 calendar to determine availability but I was able to resolve it with setting up sharing in Google calendars to fid this. Review Source RM Roxana M. Pros I love that Calendly is such an intuitive tool. I am able to set my availability in less than 30 seconds and then share the link with my partners. When booking time with prospective customers, current clients or even scheduling interviews - all I need to do is copy my link and from there they can choose and meetings are setup automatically. Cons No cons as far as I know of - had an issue at first with managing availability but resolved my issue after reading help article. I'm usually surprised that more have not heard of or attempted to use this tool. Pros I like that it made it simple to schedule multiple individuals with great integration, without feeling like things were getting complicated. I began using it in a previous position when I supported multiple high-level individuals who needed a great deal of assistance with their calendars. I found it to work in a way that made sense and made my job much simpler as an administrative professional. Cons I really like Calendly and find it hard to criticize much; however, I think more customization capabilities might enhance it even more. I've used it as a client and as the professional hosting my hours and its awesome as both. Pros I love that Calendly links to my google calendar, allows for buffer time between appointments and automatically adjusts for timezone. It has made working with international clients very easy to organize. Cons Sometimes when sorting through availability (these show up as little time bubbles for your client) people have clicked next a few times and not realized they were in the next month. Pros I like how the platform allows one to make changes and create personal links, with the ability to personalize- add notes, links, fields, colors, time of work, time duration of the meeting, etc. The plugin for ad-hoc on Gmail/Google Chrome is a great feature allowing to add availability without leaving the page. Cons The flexibility to change the percentage for certain reps in a Round Robin was a major concern for us. The lack of flexibility here hampered our team's productivity at times. The basic plan gives you the opportunity to experiment with the software before committing to fully using it. The price of the other plans are very affordable as well. I use the Intercom integration for recruiting, and it's working well, but it would be great if it could stop sending messages to people if all slots have been taken. Pros I like the ease of use. It's really simple to set up your schedule, add an event template and start accepting invites. I like the team features, where multiple hosts with different availability can use the same event. I also like the fact you can limit the amount of meetings to a certain amount per day. Cons It seems Calendly doesn't take holidays into account when setting your availability. I forgot to adjust it for the upcoming holidays, and one of the international participants scheduled a meeting during my holiday. I didn't want to reschedule and had to come, but luckily it ended up being a no show. Review Source TL Tiffany L. When I get to work in the morning the first thing I do is check my schedule. I get alerts for upcoming meetings throughout the day. It is a great tool! Pros Calendly is a great tool for managing my schedule. It is very easy to use and coordinate schedules with other teammates. The reminders are a great tool as well. Cons I have not found any feature that I have not liked or not useful in my day-to-day. It serves all the purposes I need at this time.
