It has a free version that works really well and a paid version that takes it to the next level. Most of my friends and colleagues choose to use Calendly which says a lot. Cons Norhing right now. Group Managing Director Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Eliminates the need for back and forth emails to arrange a meeting time" December 5, 2018 5.0 Saves so much time that is wasted with scheduling and rescheduling to fit into everyone's calendars. This makes it so quick and easy, it saves hours. Pros I create a block of time in my calendar that is available for different groups of people. It might be one block for staff, another for clients, another for prospects. Then I send out a link for the block of time and appointment type to the group and they schedule their own appointment. I don't need to be involved or have an EA manage this for me, it is automatic and sends me the reminder. Cons The SMS integration is only on a pro account, so we ended up using a workaround with Zapier so that we could queue SMS reminders 24hrs prior to an appointment for much cheaper. They can also reschedule or cancel on their own without having to deal with calling our office and asking someone to change it. It puts the customer in control of their appointment. Pros What I like most about this software is that it allows you to add several members of your team to a calendar and also allows you to select the round robin option which gives every sales person a fair amount of customer leads and appointments. Cons The fields that you can create should have more specific input areas because often times the people entering the information don't enter it in the correct format - which in turn makes us need to edit that information in OnePageCRM when the Zap automatically adds a new contact there. Pros This software does what it's supposed to do. It helps clients book appointments to speak to our staff. Cons There's no Captcha or similar feature. This is a real problem for us and why I'm here leaving this review. We are getting spammed with fake meeting requests daily now. Literally 5 times just last night. It fills up our calendar, annoys our staff, and prevents clients from booking desired meeting times. We have asked for captcha for a long time now and they haven't implemented it. Well it's becoming a big problem for us and I'm really tired of it. Reason for choosing Calendly Seemed like it would do what we needed it to do. Pros I like the fact that you don't have to talk to a person to know his availability to schedule a meeting. Calendly shows the availability from the person's calendar and can book a slot within a few seconds. Cons Sometimes the google calendar sync doesn't work well with Calendly and have experienced multiple bookings at the same time could cause issues. Pros I love that I can just send my calendly link and they are able to schedule an appointment with me based on my availability. Cons I don't have any complaints about this product. I’ve been using it for years for my own podcast bookings and I also use it with my clients. I have also recommended it to some of my past clients as well. Pros I love the fact that I can tailor my bookings to my schedule so no one can double book or book me for something at a date and time I am not available. Pros Out of all the booking software like schedule once, acuity, vCita and many others we've used Calendly is by far the best. Because it is beautifully designed, it is mobile first, it is easy to setup and use, the website users can easily book what they want and, finally, the free version is much better than their competitors paid version. What we like the most is the client facing part, that's really easy to use and well designed. Cons We've used the paid and free version of most famous booking software and Calendlyy beats them all. It updates instantly my availability based on my calendar and is very customizable if I only want people to be able to book meetings of certain times. Cons There's really not much you can't love about this tool. I do wish they allowed more meeting types rather than just one on their free plans, but they have to make money somehow. But nevertheless, we are moving away from that tool as we managed to research more customizable SaaS for less money. Pros It is one of the first tools we have used that was easy to implement. It comes with a bunch of features in the free version already. Cons As the scene of those appointment apps developed over time, Calendly lost our interest: there are plenty of similar apps now, which provide better or at least equal results for less money. Head of Sales Internet Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Sleek design - Easy to use" November 7, 2017 5.0 Pros Beleive it or not we went with Calendly a year ago for 2 reasons. Their design was great. It really matches well with the effort we put into our design. Not complicated for our customers. Clean integration with Google calendar and the price made it a no-brainer. Cons I do not like that the same customers can use old links. I have submitted numerous request to create an expiring link feature but that is a no go with them.
