I have not seen it being used in corporate situations, though. Sometimes, one still needs to contact the other party, and then one has to fall back on emails/calls, it would be better if some text-messaging feature could be added for the two parties to exchange a few quick messages from inside the App itself. November 19, 2023 4.0 Pros My favorite thing about Calendly is y far its ease of use. I've played with other scheduling softwares but I always come back to Calendly. They also have a generous free plan to start until you understand the value of the paid plan. Cons I feel like they're getting complacent during the past year in terms of new features to make a better experience for their customers. In terms of customization, they're behind some rising actors so hopefully they'll catch up on that. Pros Canlendlys feature to allow people to express time/date preference is very useful when organising events. The constant reminder when someone hasn't responded is also useful. We all have calendly links built into our email signatures because we use it so often. The automatic calendar invites, emails, and information retrieval makes it extremely easy. By bringing Calendly into the picture, and establishing specific hours during the day when the lead qualifcation team would remain open to Calendly meetings, we were able to instantly start booking a great many more meetings. We now use Calendly all the time. Outside of our normal use, t's particularly useful for connecting with prospects at industry events. Pros Calendly made an enormous impact on the number of meetings our lead qualification team could book. It's a simple tool both for us to manage and for our audience to use to book meetings, and its support for multiple time zones is a huge advantage for international business. Cons No complaints, honestly. My only regret with Calendly is that our team didn't start using it sooner. We qualify so many more leads now than we did. Review Source SP Sian P. December 10, 2021 5.0 Calendly has made part of my work life effortless! I don't think this is another software that could replace what it does for me! Pros I am able to sync my Calendly with my Google calendar and Zoom account. Since the world has shifted to a more digital approach to meeting and working this makes like much easier. Having Calendly schedule a tour and Zoom space leaves less work that I need to do for cross-referencing appointments and meeting spaces. This is definitely a tool needed for everyday use in the office, from home and on the go! I think it is a very cool product and a no-brainer for people who work a lot with individuals outside their organizations. Pros It was a hassle setting up meetings with external parties by coordinating calendars, rescheduling, matching time zones and so on. Calendly really made it easy by making calendars transparent across organizations with just one click. Cons I think it just took some time for me and others I closely work with to get used to Calendly - some features are not that intuitive. Other than this, a Rockstar product! I also think the app version is extremely user-friendly and just as powerful as the desktop version. The video tutorials online make this tool so incredibly easy to use. It's just one of those simple, perfect tools that isn't fussy and makes every day scheduling a breeze. Pros Calendly is by far the most convenient calendar scheduling tool on the market. At our agency, we have so many appointments every week with media reps and it's challenging to keep track of everyone's schedules in and outside of our organizations and our Google calendars often fills up very quickly. We just love the ability to present a list of various days and times options without having to play email tag back and forth to figure out when someone is free. It's especially convenient for meetings with 3 or more people. The ease of use is fast, user-friendly, and you don't have to even sign-up and go through the process of having yet another login to remember. This tool allows you to schedule meetings in minutes with people outside of your organziation. It's also amazing how it integrates with other calendars such as Google calendar and Outlook. Cons I wish that Microsoft or Google would adopt Calendly and incorporate the features so it's integrated into one suite for even more ease of use, especially since our agency is mostly working remotely and we're having to use digital invites more than ever. Pros We use Calendly in our website under our "Talk to a Therapist" tab. I like it because (1)its user friendly, the client themselves are the ones booking the appt, availability is seen in real time, appointment conflicts is seen as well, (2) its automated- it gives both clients and us appt reminders specially when one signs up for an appt (3) I just signed up for the free package and I guess, for what its worth, it is worth it. Lastly, it syncs with my Google calendar so its really efficient and worth it. Cons Since its a booking app used externally form web shoppers/clients- its not sync with practice perfect which my Therapist's schedule is- so I manually booked off Therapists time on PP if someone signs up from Calendly. Works great with my current Google Calendar allowing me to schedule business calls around my personal schedule and other business engagements. Pros Very easy to use and implement. You can easily sync your personal and business calendars and it will automatically find openings against your conflicts. Adding team members is also easy with the advanced membership. Cons I still really have nothing bad to say . It has increased in price over the years but it is still a great value. Pros As a head of marketing, my job is to get leads. For a b2b company, a good lead means a good initial meeting. Calendly allows us to seamlessly create meetings in our schedules without bothering the prospect. They simply pick a time and the heavy lifting is automated. Cons Honestly the strength is in its simplicity but if I had any complains I guess I'd say that it could use a little more customization. IT/Producer Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Essential App To Streamline Scheduling " February 21, 2022 5.0 I resisted getting this for the longest time and I wish I would NOT have waited. It was so easy to setup that I had my calendars integrated and a landing page of meeting/event options within 15 minutes. I have got back those 15 minutes of setup time in all the time I have saved in back and forth for meeting scheduling. Pros This app saves a lot of back and forth with clients and staff on scheduling meetings and events. I love that as a producer I can tie this to my google and icloud calendars natively and provide a link to show my free time. Even better though is that I can enhance this by having different schedules for different events or meetings… IE just at because I have an opening at 3 AM on my calendar doesn’t mean I am available and with these schedules I can block out those times as choices without putting fake items on my calendar. The new QR support and using the iOS app is great as well. Cons I do with that you could easily create more custom events in the iOS app. Additionally I with I could make more than one landing page at the mid level plan. I can get around this by iframing and making my own landing page on my site but it would be nice to be able to group a set of meetings for a business landing page and maybe another for a different business or even family members/friends to book out my time. I recommend Calendly regularly to clients looking to streamline their meeting scheduling process. I've had a few clients say they won't need to hire an EA to help them with their calendar now that they're using Calendly. Pros I love not having to ask my clients to do something complicated to schedule a meeting with me. I've never had to explain what to do once they click on my Calendly link. Cons They really need to incorporate a "recurring" option. I met with a UI person a while back to explain our use case for it and that we would be able to switch our entire scheduling process over to Calendly if we did have the option to make an event recurring, but not until then. I integrate it with my Google calendar, so people can schedule a time to speak with me and see my available hours. It saves time when it comes to schedule! Cons A few months ago, I had to switch to a new Google calendar, and it took me time to figure things out. Luckily the customer support team reached out to me, and they could fix the problem at no cost. Thanks, Calendly!! December 30, 2019 5.0 I use Calendly pretty much every week to schedule appointments and booking online demonstrations with my clients and since it can be integrated with Google Calendar, it saves me so much time and keeps my meetings in order. Pros I like how Calendly made the appointment scheduling process smooth and save us lots of time. It was pretty straightforward UI and easy to access features which can be triggered easily. In addition to easy setup, I like the reminder features and the email templates. Calendly also can integrate with Google Calendar which makes it my number for scheduling automation. Cons The free version is heavily limited but other than I don't see any other cons to this program. I am glad that they added a very powerful iOS app to the software which fixed one of the disadvantages of the software.
