I love that this software can sync with our Outlook Calendars. Additionally, you can block off and set the times that you want to offer to clients. This made scheduling much more efficient. Cons This software does not always offer all of the available time slots in the scheduling calendar. This could be a bit frustrating and there seemed to be no way to fix this. Instead of playing phone or email tag to find a time that works, I can just send my Calendly link and clients can find a time that is open and works for them. It's amazing! Pros This product is amazing. I have nothing but praise for it. It is like having another assistant always working behind the scenes to schedule meetings. The ability to have Calendly integrate with my Outlook and Google Calendars and automatically find the free time to set up meetings is great. Setting up a 30-minute buffer between meetings means that I'm never late and have time to prepare for my next meeting. Cons I'm having a bit of trouble getting the plug-in to work with Outlook 2019 on a Windows 10 PC. It shows integration for Outlook Online but doesn't look like it's working on the PC version. You can download an applet that puts the links on your desktop, but that's a bit of a hassle. Some others I have tried are so complicated to block out unavailable time. I'm not techy, so this one works for me! Pros It's easy to use. It's simple and clean, but you can choose the color of the appointment dot. Cons Customer Service is zero. I've tried reaching out and all you can do is ask a question and it takes you to a forum. There is no phone number or email. The biggest issue I have with them (and why I needed customer service) is that customers cannot make multiple appointments at once. They have to go in there one at a time, hit the back button, and go in again. This results in a separate email for each appointment. It would be much simpler if there were the question, "make another appointment?" built in after someone books. Other apps have this capability and as I looked in the forum, this request was made HUNDREDS of times in the past 4 years. It has been completely ignored by Calendly and one can only assume they never plan to address this simple issue that other apps do offer. It's not a big deal, but again, also not a big deal to correct! It also allows you take online payment, private scheduling, one-time scheduling which are useful for service business. Cons Unless all your needs is all around scheduling, Calendly is not cheap for occasional use. Free plan only allows you create one event type. If you want to create schedules for different types, you have to make disable the others. But, with Calendly, it streamlined the process and I just have to show up for the meetings as scheduled and there is no further residual communication required. Pros Its so simple and easy to use. Its got multiple time zones and makes it really easy for users. It literally took me about 10 minutes to setup and start using it. It really does allow you to set it and let it run with minimal oversight for years. Cons I would like it have a reminder feature for users as to when to send out reminders so that one party isn't dependent on the other party knowing how to use their own calendar reminders like in Google or Outlook or something. I could see it being useful for anyone who spends a considerable portion of their day on scheduling. Pros I have my life back! For ANYONE who spends a chunk of their day scheduling appointments--this will be a dream come true! Of course, will have so much time remaining from the time you used to spend on scheduling that you will have to find other duties to fill it. As an HR professional who does a TON of recruiting, this took the place of having to schedule hundreds of candidates of the past 2 years. They simply pick from a list of available appointments and Calendly does the rest. Cons It doesn't integrate with your calendar. You do have to add the appointments once a invitee selects one.
