It has an easy email integration as well as linking to other apps. It is very versatile for use between devices and conveniently arranges all your bookings beautifully. Pros Super easy to use and build-out. Calendly connects seamlessly to my Google Calendar and my clients are able to see when I am free and book with me based on those times! Updates my google calendar immediately when that time slot is filled up - it's genius! Cons Of course, there is a PRO version of this tool that includes things like email automation, which is great for reminders to clients. The one thing I don't love it there's an additional PRO tier that includes texting. I wish that this was all in one PRO tier! Pros What I like most is that it gives the person detailed information when booking through this website. It has so many options to fill in so that the caller can know about the topic and reasoning behind the call. Cons What I dislike is that the quality of the app can be a bit better. I can also customize my calendar to ensure they provide me with the best number to reach them. It's a time-saver all the way around. Pros Ease of use and implementation. I can customize my calendar based upon my schedule. If I only want calls in the afternoon, then I block out mornings. It's so handy! Cons Takes a bit to figure out how to customize but it's not difficult and once you know how to manipulate, it's extremely flexible. I really do enjoy it and love being able to copy and paste different calendars for different reasons. One for my podcasting, one for personal in-person coffee meeting, one for virtual coffee meetings. So many options. Pros It is so easy to program your calendars and be clear what you want to know from them. I simply send them the link and they fill in the required information and when they call I have the information I need. Cons It took a little while to learn what to put in. Not clear enough training to be specifics and I still don't think I know how to set my hours without doing one week at a time. It's best for people who want others to schedule appointments with them easily. Pros Well thought out for one-to-one meetings scheduled by individuals requesting a time with the customer. Flexible and it works. New features to add questions by appointment type and also to redirect people to a page after completion look cool! Pros Before I was always calling and trying to schedule a follow-up and juggling between me and a prospects calendar and now its made my job easy. I insert the link into an e-mail and say "Pick a time that works out best for you and I will reach out" making it super simple. I just shoot them my link. Pros Calendly has simplified the painstaking process of organising a time to meet someone. Instead of going back and forth with 5 emails or a whole Slack conversation — sharing your availabilities in the hopes that something overlaps — you simply send your Calendly link and they can pick what works for them. Immediately everyone sees the event in their inbox and calendar. Calendly, you beauty. Cons I don't have any major gripes with Calendly. It is customizable and will fit your needs Pros I like how you can put a Calendly link in your email and let anyone schedule a meeting with you. It simplifies the process of booking a prospect meeting. Cons I don’t like that if you can’t select between Zoom and phone meetings. Allows people to cancel or reschedule their meeting. Pros I just love Calendly! One of my peers told me about Calendly so I tried the free version that very day. Let's just say I've saved so much time from getting away from back and forth emails about scheduling a meeting. I simply send my Calendly link with what's open on my calendar and my clients just schedule. Plus it's such a cheap software, and it's worth it. It works for some people, just not for myself. Great tool though overall. Pros I've noticed that this software is probably best suited for extremely busy people with lots of meetings and have trouble managing their own calendars and emails themselves. When it works it's great. Cons The thing that I don't like about this software is that sometimes it can get a big buggy and occasionally has trouble syncing up with Google Calendars. It has occasionally messed up some meetings since it didn't populate correctly. The majority of my calls and demos are scheduled through Calendly. It is the easiest tool for people to schedule through.
