Very useful and comfortable tool to use. Pros Calendly is a great tool that allows you to create a an option for the audience to schedule a meeting with you. Everything is customizable and adjusted to work with specific time slots. Very nicely integrated with calendars and mail. One of the tools that barely has any compatition. Cons Limitations. It's bet several years since I started using calendly, it is great and awesome. The only issue is - there is not much development anymore. Yes, Calendly is the best out there, but we all know what monopoly does. It would be nice to be able to schedule a video conference or make more flexible schedules, maybe a chat or some more integrations. There are many things to do. Solves the niche problem of helping customers schedule across large sales team in an automated format. We've received customer compliments for making the scheduling process easy and quick. Cons Currently offers limited customization in terms of controlling queuing requests based on specific variables. For example it is not possible to funnel customer requests to various sales reps based on title. User interface is simple but not particularly visually pleasing. It onto to have a few templates to choose from in terms of design. I immediately signed up and haven't looked back - it has helped keep me on schedule, I can send my availability out to candidates for interviews without going back and forth to confirm a day/time we are both available. It gives me a reminder and shows the phone number to call so I don't have to look for the details. It's AMAZING!!! Pros Able to sent out invites and let guests schedule their appointment times with me instead of trying to determine a time that is best for us both...Calendly takes the extra work out of scheduling appointments. Cons So far there has been no issues using the system, it was very straightforward on how to set up. I received a few emails when I signed up that helped walk me through the process. " February 8, 2019 4.0 Calendly has streamlined booking client appointments so so much! Lifesaver! Pros Calendly is super easy to use, and the free version is quite robust. I did eventually upgrade because I wanted more than one event type, but the paid version is still super affordable. Integrating on my website was incredibly easy and has increased client bookings overnight, instead of having to go back and forth to find a time. Pros I have tried to find something better than Calendly, and I just can't. They have the user experience down to a science, the team booking works great, the notifications and integrated google calendar are perfect, and it's bug-free. Cons The lack of having a custom domain and custom outbound email. They have had that on their feedback site and lots of votes and interest, but after over 1-2 years they have never implemented it. However, I would pay for Calendly and will if we can prove it benefits our chaotic program schedule. Pros I am just testing out Calendly in an effort to reduce the amount of back and forth emailing that occurs over simple event scheduling for our Veteran group. We meet twice a month, and with this software, I can manage the recurring meetings very well without having to do a lot of back and forth emailing. Importantly, I can embed the link in my email and I don't have to worry about receiving redundant CCs every time someone in the group answers. I am about to try to schedule a one-off trip. I anticipate some ease in being able to ascertain times and dates that suit the entire group without a constant back and forth email headache. Cons The software is intuitive for me, but I have a tech background. I am currently letting the program leader try to do all of the scheduling and there is a little bit of improvement she feels could be made to navigating settings. Th software will sync to your calendar that way you can let clients know when you are available and they can book it based off your availability. The software also sends them a calendar invite and a reminder! Perfect way to allow busy clients to quickly schedule a demo with us. You can also use a link to add it to your website, emails, etc. Cons Software if perfect. It has made my scheduling life way easier to manager. There is nothing I dislike about the software. We use it to book our podcast guests and meeting. Pros Automated and pretty intuitive. Easily integrated with other apps like Zoom. Syncs with google and ical. Cons Needs more features like booking paid events and multiple day events. It seems like the dev is working on more advanced stuff, but it still lacks some features.
