Cons The only feedback I have is on setting a buffer between meetings, it has to be set for before AND after the meeting, not just one of the two. Very minor complaint but it would be nice to differentiate. Also placing priorities for certain calendar events (ie. this CAN be written over, while this one cannot, etc for optional meetings or self-reminder events). Pros Calendly is the best time scheduling app in terms of ease of use and a smooth notification process. It works best for you and whoever is the recipient of your calendar appointments. I love how it works well with significant office productivity suites like Google and Office 365. I also appreciate how you can set comprehensive appointment details like blackout dates, time availability, and meeting time lengths, which is especially great if you’d like to be in control of your live events and meetings. Cons It has a bit of a learning curve but nothing too difficult. Also, not so many people are aware of this app, so it can be a bit confusing for people you send your appointments to. Cons The cost of Calendly is becoming more burdensome by the year. Pros The site is attractive, user-friendly, and simpler to setup than many competing products. Cons Unfortunately, we needed Calendly to allow us to a. enter text in multiple languages (not all were supported) - we can provide our own translations, but Calendly doesn't allow enough customization on the client facing side for us to make it work in all languages we need. and b. We need to be able to allow people to sign up for just one class in a series OR multiple classes in a series, and receive reminders in alignment with what they signed up for. It has always provided a quick and convenient way for my clients to schedule their calls with me at their convenience. Cons The functionality is very basic. Pros The key here is simplicity for something like this, and that's where Calendly shines. You don't need a ton of bells and whistles when it comes to having a meeting scheduler integrated into your existing calendar and email and Calendly fits the bill well here. It just works and is priced affordably. Cons I can't come up with any tangible con when it comes to this software. It's a simple concept and really doesn't lend itself to any complicated issues at any times. Pros We have found out that it really saves us a lot of time using Calendly when we schedule appointments with our clients. Also, sending them confirmation emails have been so helpful. Cons The only issue we have had is when we tried to schedule on Calendly and on Outlook calendar. If we already have something scheduled at a specific time on our weekly schedule, then we had to delete it and then schedule on Calendly our appointments. Pros What isn't there to like about Calendly? This tool has helped me so much at work. I am always setting up calls with folks and was doing it manually before Calendly came into my life. Since using Calendly I am able to schedule 3x the amount of calls that I was using before and folks have easy ability to view my calendar. It takes out the horrible going back and forth via email to coordinate a time. Cons There are times where Calendly will not automatically update/there is a weird connection so I have had a few double bookings, but those are simple to correct. Review Source Gourav M.
