Scheduling meetings has never been that easy! With Calendly I am now able to schedule meetings in a matter of seconds. No more never ending emails to find a time that works for everyone. 

Pros

Amazing scheduling software that saves me lots of hours and headache on a daily basis. The interface is very easy to use and appealing.

Cons

The free version doesn't have a lot of capabilities so I would highly recommend that you opt for the paid version. It is definitely worth every penny.

I love it, especially the extension feature for Google Chrome that allows me to add available times at the click of the icon. It prevents me from having to toggle back and forth between tabs.

Pros

Talk about a system that allows you to cut down on the back and forth that comes with coordinating schedules. This system enables me to sync my calendar, so it knows when I am not available and allows me to send available times to any person via email to select what will work with their schedules. When you don't have an assistant and average 2-3 meetings per day, it saves hours per month.

Cons

The ad hoc settings don't allow you to customize to the level that I would like but it gets the job done quickly.

I'd recommend this application for companies offering various customer support. Having Calendly, interested party can schedule a meeting and see the support's agent availability in the calendar.

Pros

It's simplicity of usage. Ability to select the length of the meeting (15/30/60 minutes) makes a very big advantage. I'm using this software to schedule calls with different vendors I'm working with. As MS Outlook doesn't show the availability of vendor employees' by default, Calendly works perfectly to get in touch with whoever I want in a few clicks.

Cons

Doesn't work so perfectly when you want to invite many users and share different attachments prior to the meeting.

### "Calendly really is a game changer"

I've been using it at my past three jobs to schedule meetings with prospects, in-depth interviews with users or just following up on reviews by offering a virtual meet-up opportunity. The ease of use makes it a life saver in many opportunities when without it I might have given up on the initiative.

Pros

It's one of those software products I wish had reached me much much earlier, because it really feels a void in my work. I spent years trying to line up calendars with people and it's to this day one of my biggest source of frustration looking back. Calendly makes it seamlessly and has saved me a lot of headaches in trying to schedule exploratory interviews with users or other types of business meetings outside of my company.

Cons

I actually have no cons to list. Maybe some sync issues at times, but I'm definitely allowing it to have hiccups for all the use I'm getting out of it.

Pros

The ability to have multiple booking links for different meetings types/lengths is very handy. I love that this tool completely removes the need for back and forth discussion via e-mail when trying to schedule meetings with clients.

Cons

I wish it integrated directly with more conferencing tools than GoToMeeting. We recently moved to using Zoom full time and I have to use a static meeting link now (as opposed to a unique meeting URL for each meeting booked through Calendly, like I could with GoToMeeting.)

I use it to streamline scheduling user research participants and improve the chance of them to participate. It has saved me time and hassle, and it's very professional.

Pros

Customisations Ability to add buttons on the thank you screen The new troubleshooting on the scheduler page The versatility of the calendar integrations (e.g. can check clashes with one calendar but add events to another calendar).

Cons

You can't preview how everything will look while editing, e.g. how the emails will look, how the parameters will be filled in - you have to schedule a few events yourself until you get it right. The ability to add to calendar by the participant scheduling isn't so obvious or prominent. I wish you could specify if unaccepted calendar events in my calendar should show as busy or available timeslots.

Reason for choosing Calendly

It seemed the obvious choice. I don't think there were many alternatives and this was perhaps the cleanest, simplest, and most user friendly. It got the job done for me.

Pros

Digital marketing sales team is using Calendly in our organization for scheduling appointments with our clients. This tool is simple and we can easily schedule calls and synchronize our appointments/meetings with Google Calendar. The person booking appoints can easily check availability time and book a slot as per his/her convenient time

Cons

I must suggest Calendly to introduce sending reminder mails. They need to work Calendly integration with other marketing tool. UX design need to change and make more attractive.

Pros

Calendly comes with plenty of options to customize an online calendar portal and syncs with our local calendars. Also good customer service Fast & knowledgeable.

Cons

I think the User Experience, the features, and also the interface could use a little bit of updating, so it looks more pleasant!

I didn't use it personally, but implemented it for my sales staff and it was a game changer. We had more meetings scheduled more often with leads than we did with manual appointment setting.

Pros

Super easy to use, very user friendly and clients / potential clients love it. It's also reasonably priced!

Cons

Nothing, I don't have a single complaint about Calendly!

Cons

I think Calendly is a great tool for scheduling meetings if you're an individual, but not as much if you're trying to scheduling calls as a team of individuals – this could be because I'm using the free version and the features are limited.

Pros

Everything. I more than double client contact for me in prospecting, and also can give links to other team members for service and follow-up.

Cons

I had an assistant deal with setting schedules. There have been a couple times things did not sync up right. For the most part however, it is amazing. And they had good customer care and response time to inquiries.

Pros

I love having the ability where people can only schedule meetings when I am available. Before this, I ran into issues where people would double book me and I would need to constantly rearrange meetings. It has a very clean and professional look and it saves so much time! I get real time notifications of meetings and cancellations and I can view/handle all of it from my phone.

Cons

I find that some people have difficulties navigating the software, especially if they are not great with tecnhology. Also, most of the integrations are only available on the paid plans so a lot is limited when using the free version.

I have a lot of meetings every week - in person and virtual. With Calendly, meetings get on the calendar in a fraction of the time it used to take, and with a fraction of the effort. I won't go without it anymore.

Pros

It's so easy to schedule meetings and calls - in-person, zoom, phone, you name it. I used to go back and forth in emails to find a time that worked for everyone. Now I just drop a link to my calendar and they can find a time that works for them. Everything else is automatically taken care of for me and I don't have to think about it again until the meeting arrives.

Cons

Setting up meeting configurations took a little figuring out, and some of the settings require a little more clicking than I'd like, but that's a minor quibble.

Pros

it is so easy to use and manipulate. As a csm I can add forms to my links and adjust it easily. I have also had my customers tell me how easy it is to reschedule and cancel with calendly.

Cons

I find the booking window a bit tricky and sometimes get caught off guard. I also wish it was integrated with google meet so links were generated right away instead of me having to add them

Pros

Calendy is amazing for sharing your calendar when you work for a big organization. It allows me to easily connect with others outside my department or external vendors and share when I am available.

Cons

Free version has some limits, but for scheduling one on ones, it still works fine. Would like to see if it could be enterprise-wide.

Overall, my experience with Calendly has been wonderful. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use scheduling solution for a variety of appointment types and users.

Pros

I love the fact that Calendly makes it so easy and professional to have clients/potential clients schedule meetings and events with you. I like the fact that it integrates with my personal calendar so that I don't risk double booking or booking something when I have other plans.

Cons

The thing that I like least about Calendly is that it's a little on the expensive side, as opposed to other scheduling solutions available. Other than that, I have no complaints with Calendly.
