I love the design, ease of use, surveys, and calendar integration. Cons The premium features are a bit pricey if you're on a budget or can't justify the expense. I wish there was a way to set up a master calendar that integrated multiple email addresses. Allowing the sales team to let the system set their demo schedule while still giving them the time to sell. Pros It's easy to setup available times that clients can schedule meetings with you. Instead of agreeing on a time back and forth and then sending the meeting request, you just send them all the times you are available and let them decide. Cons Nothing to not like, it takes the thinking out of scheduling meetings. No more phone tag, no more haggling over dates. Instead it's, "Here's my link. Choose a time that works with your schedule." Done. Cons There was no way to change the location after setting a meeting. If the location was TBD, I'd have email the person to set it or create a new event to update the location. With Calendly I am now able to schedule meetings in a matter of seconds. No more never ending emails to find a time that works for everyone.  Pros Amazing scheduling software that saves me lots of hours and headache on a daily basis. The interface is very easy to use and appealing. Cons The free version doesn't have a lot of capabilities so I would highly recommend that you opt for the paid version. It is definitely worth every penny. It prevents me from having to toggle back and forth between tabs. Pros Talk about a system that allows you to cut down on the back and forth that comes with coordinating schedules. This system enables me to sync my calendar, so it knows when I am not available and allows me to send available times to any person via email to select what will work with their schedules. When you don't have an assistant and average 2-3 meetings per day, it saves hours per month. Cons The ad hoc settings don't allow you to customize to the level that I would like but it gets the job done quickly. Review Source Dan B. Having Calendly, interested party can schedule a meeting and see the support's agent availability in the calendar. Pros It's simplicity of usage. Ability to select the length of the meeting (15/30/60 minutes) makes a very big advantage. I'm using this software to schedule calls with different vendors I'm working with. As MS Outlook doesn't show the availability of vendor employees' by default, Calendly works perfectly to get in touch with whoever I want in a few clicks. The ease of use makes it a life saver in many opportunities when without it I might have given up on the initiative. Pros It's one of those software products I wish had reached me much much earlier, because it really feels a void in my work. I spent years trying to line up calendars with people and it's to this day one of my biggest source of frustration looking back. Calendly makes it seamlessly and has saved me a lot of headaches in trying to schedule exploratory interviews with users or other types of business meetings outside of my company. I love that this tool completely removes the need for back and forth discussion via e-mail when trying to schedule meetings with clients. Cons I wish it integrated directly with more conferencing tools than GoToMeeting. We recently moved to using Zoom full time and I have to use a static meeting link now (as opposed to a unique meeting URL for each meeting booked through Calendly, like I could with GoToMeeting.) It has saved me time and hassle, and it's very professional. Pros Customisations Ability to add buttons on the thank you screen The new troubleshooting on the scheduler page The versatility of the calendar integrations (e.g. can check clashes with one calendar but add events to another calendar). Cons You can't preview how everything will look while editing, e.g. how the emails will look, how the parameters will be filled in - you have to schedule a few events yourself until you get it right. The ability to add to calendar by the participant scheduling isn't so obvious or prominent. I wish you could specify if unaccepted calendar events in my calendar should show as busy or available timeslots. Reason for choosing Calendly It seemed the obvious choice. It is a great time saver. Pros Everything. I more than double client contact for me in prospecting, and also can give links to other team members for service and follow-up. Cons I had an assistant deal with setting schedules. There have been a couple times things did not sync up right. For the most part however, it is amazing. Before this, I ran into issues where people would double book me and I would need to constantly rearrange meetings. It has a very clean and professional look and it saves so much time! I get real time notifications of meetings and cancellations and I can view/handle all of it from my phone. Cons I find that some people have difficulties navigating the software, especially if they are not great with tecnhology. With Calendly, meetings get on the calendar in a fraction of the time it used to take, and with a fraction of the effort. I won't go without it anymore. Pros It's so easy to schedule meetings and calls - in-person, zoom, phone, you name it. I used to go back and forth in emails to find a time that worked for everyone. Now I just drop a link to my calendar and they can find a time that works for them. Everything else is automatically taken care of for me and I don't have to think about it again until the meeting arrives. Cons Setting up meeting configurations took a little figuring out, and some of the settings require a little more clicking than I'd like, but that's a minor quibble. Review Source SP Siim P.
