Pros I love how easy it is, where I can share a scheduling link and guests get a date and time, and a Zoom link. It makes it so simple. You can have numerous custom options for how you want your schedule. You can add multiple Different calendars on one link and customers can choose which calendar that fits their needs. You can include payment in case someone needs to pay when they schedule an appointment. There is also options for automations. And you can sync to a google calendar Cons It can be kind of confusing trying to figure out how to get it to show the availability you want to make sure you have time between each appointment Review Source JS Julia S. I use this to send people a link to schedule. This has been invaluable for phone screening -- I'm able to send 30 candidates a link to set up 20 minute calls and it doesn't matter what order they schedule in. It really reduces the amount of time it takes to schedule. I also really appreciate the ability to set up windows of when people can schedule, how far in advance people can schedule, and to ask specific questions (for example, I use "What position are you interviewing for?" and "What is the best number to reach you on for this call?" Cons Honestly, almost nothing! Maybe one thing that would be helpful is a notification if you have fewer than 3 times available, or something like that. Cons Reminders are offered but limited in customization Alternatives considered [Pipedrive](https://www.capterra.com/p/132666/Pipedrive/) Reason for choosing Calendly Pipedrive works well for companies/teams that need a larger platform and CRM. December 5, 2021 5.0 I'm happy to use calendly, it's been the first booking calendar software I heard about, and the only one I've used for the past couple years. It does it's job very well. I don't see a reason to change for something else. Pros I like using the software to embed booking calendars on various web pages. And being able to set multiple calendars and kind of events, each having their own specifics when it comes to asking pre-appointment questions etc. Cons I was a bit bummed out when I found out that some of the features I was hoping to have were not available on my plan. A Calendly link graces my signature and the dozens of emails I send every day. I've been proudly signing the companies praises every since I learned of them, and enjoy their smart tool on this desperately needed idea. Pros The free version of this product is a fantastic step up from nothing. The idea, a public way to share your availability and handle connecting with people without the needless back and forth of emails, is really genius. The paid version seems worth it for business, although as an individual I continue to only use the free version. Cons It'd be nice to see some personal pricing, for those very small business or again, just individuals who want an inexpensive way to do calendar management easily. I love that I can set my availability for a period of time or allow Calendly to see what times work on my schedule. The ability to send automatic reminder emails is wonderful. Calendly allows you to send potential clients or colleagues a URL that shows them when you're available for appointments - in person or digitally. This removes the back-and-forth email chains that ensue from trying to find a time that works for both parties. Save everyone time by just sending a URL. It works beautifully across time zones as the times that you have selected as being open to appointments display on the receiver's computer in their time zone. This eliminates the "my 5pm is your 11am" emails. Meeting attendees know exactly what time it will be in their time zones. Cons I'm a bit saddened by the fact that the free version only allows one appointment type. But I do understand why they do this - it is to encourage users to purchase a membership to the software. And they're fully entitled to limit the free package's functionality to encourage buy-in. It saves my time in asking when they're free since it can be very frustrating to find common time. Cons I would add some option 'other' so that client can write something if they need. For example they can write that they maybe won't be on time due to some reasons. For example they'll be free at 1.05 but Calendly has option just to show circled time. Pros It's very simple to understand and use and it isn't very "Salesy" meaning you can use it to schedule time with prospects, to share with your family and schedule a vacation, to send to students and create your calendar, etc. Super non-invasive, easy to use, helpful and clean product. Cons Don't like that you have to essentially start over everything you need to change something. Every page is unique, so you can't just readjust a time-zone or chosen time-slot, you have to go all the way to back to your previous page and start over. Review Source AP Acquis P. More and more people keep telling me they use Calendly too. Pros This tool is so simple. We set up a number of people in our office with it when we changed roles around. New people in new roles, and this created simplicity and ease in their world for all inbound calls. You can create slots in it to let other persons know when you are available and once they pick one, it gets blocked automatically. I like the Round Robin feature for the whole team. Cons When managing more than a handful of calendars, it's very difficult to compare and make sure they are all uniform. I have to open separate tabs every time to compare details and settings. I want to be able to download a report to compare details and settings and also have the ability to make mass updates to multiple events.
