August 13, 2021 5.0 Aside from the issue with the calendar event title, everything is good. The sync with your calendar is real time and so you can avoid double bookings. Pros We are using the free trial for now but the experience is like a paid plan! Cons When someone books with you, it doesn't say what the meeting is about when the invite is automatically set on your google calendar. This is even if you set the calendly event with a title. If you have your calendly link published where anyone can book it can be hard to keep track what the meeting would be about. My colleague's can schedule client appointments with me without contacting me first so they instantly know my availability. Everyone else in my team has Calendly as well, so if I need to schedule something with them, it's just as easy. Sometimes, you don't know you're missing out on something until you imagine life before it, and Calendly is that product. Pros It's just easy. It links directly to my calendar and allows anybody to schedule an appointment with me directly without the need for them to contact me. Cons No cons that I have found. Setup was fairly easy and it does its job well. Pros It's virtually hands-off for me. Calendly lets people setup appointments, re-schedule, and cancel without my involvement. It also handles all the reminders. All I have to do is show up for the appointment. Impossible de reprogrammer un client sur un autre produit (il faut recommence à 0 le processus de réservation...). It actually keeps me on task daily. Pros I like the easy to use software. I simply type in a task and check it off. Calendly marks it on the calender and send reminders often, to keep you on task. Cons Calendly is a very good app, I would recommend to others. The cons are it could have more features. I personally own a Graphic Design business. It's easy to set up, use, and maintain. The end user can quickly book different types of appointments right on your embedded calendar. It links directly to your other calendars and syncs as well. It is reliable and offers support for multiple platforms. Its pricing model is affordable. Calendly takes care of all the scheduling and communication aspects between you and your clients. The system will auto-schedule your appointments for you, so there is no need to email back and forth with potential clients about their availability. The most powerful side of Calendly, compared to other competitors, is integrations. It integrates seamlessly with a lot of other apps: from Intercom to TypeForm, from Webex to Salesforce... Cons Some potential cons of using Calendly are that you have to be very careful with your time, as appointments can conflict if they're not scheduled on the same day; there's no way to reschedule a missed appointment without emailing everyone involved quickly, and it isn't easy to see all of your upcoming meetings at once. It's generally affordable, but for large teams, it can become expensive quickly. As recruiter this software makes my life much simpler by just providing my availability to the candidates and letting them select the best time for them. I have saved so much time sending emails trying to schedule meetings. Cons The only problem about using this software and do not scheduling yourself the meetings has cause me some issues with national holidays and I use it internationally. But those are fixable problems but taking into account blocking your agenda previously for all this cases as well as lunch breaks, holidays and so on. We quickly set-up Calendly, added our branding, had our custom URLs, implemented it in our email signatures and embedded it on our website and all of that was done super quick. Loved it. Pros I love that I no longer have to send emails back and forth trying to schedule calls, demos, meetings etc. AND I don't have to be concerned about time differences, Calendly will take care of all that. I highly recommend it. Pros I love how easy it is to customize events based on duration, how many days they can schedule. There are also great limitations like a 30-minute buffer before an event so you aren't booked back to back if you need to travel. I use this for interviews and scheduling interviews with clients. It works really well. Cons I dislike that sometimes random people get a hold of your link and blow up your calendar. The client can select how much time they will need and I am not guessing. Pros I love that as long as I keep my google calendar updated I can have clients "self-serve" themselves to my schedule. Cons The only downside to opening your calendar is that you are not in complete control. ie: clients make appts spread apart where if I were scheduling I would try to group closer together so I have time to focus on projects on other days.
