we have meetings with remote vendors and staff frequently so it's nice to be able to easily coordinate multiple schedules and availability rather than sent a bunch of emails asking people for their free blocks of time.

Pros

Calendly is a fantasy, easy-to-use tool to check availability and schedule appointments specifically with people outside of your organization. It integrates with tools like Zoom which makes scheduling remotely even easier. Attendees can reschedule or cancel if needed and alerts and notifications of upcoming meetings are built it. A really awesome tool.

Cons

Nothing yet. I haven't found a negative aspect to the tool yet.

### "The best calendar software"

It has been incredible! I really recommend this product. It is easy to install and to start using the Calendar. You need really little to no training to configure everything the way you need it.

Pros

Wow! What can I say about Calendly? It is the best software option out there in my opinion. This software helped me to organize all my meetings times without going back and forth with our clients when they needed support or they wanted to meet virtually or in their office.

Cons

What is really tricky, is that sometimes you cannot change all calendar times. I wish there was a global setting to change all calendars at once. I would like to be able to take certain days on all calendars when I am traveling or when I won't be available.

It's pretty easy to set up the users and activities we needed for a quick deployment of functionality. It only took a couple hours to get everything rolling

Calendly has allowed us to more efficiently schedule meetings with individuals outside our organization -- specifically scheduling job interviews with our recruiting team.

Pros

Calendly has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I started using it a few weeks ago because we've been running a little shorthanded in our HR department and I needed something to help facilitate interview scheduling. Previously, I had been scheduling interviews the old-fashioned way -- that is, by playing phone tag with candidates. Calendly has made it so I can blast out some emails and then the software does the rest of the work. It has seamlessly synced with my Outlook calendar with its plugin and now I wait to see my calendar slots fill out up without having to do the front-end work. On top of all of this, Calendly was the most cost-friendly solution I could find like this, and the only one that offered a viable free option. I plan to continue to utilize Calendly and am excited to see what other ways I can use it.

### "Perfect for scheduling video calls with clients"

No more emailing back and forth to schedule a video interview for employees, Calendly solves everything with a quick link. Great for any organization that wants to improve their HR process.

Pros

Calendly is simply the best tool I have found for easily scheduling video calls with people. I had to hire a new employee for our company and in order to streamline the interview process and minimize the back and forth emailing that would be required to schedule a call, I used Calendly. All I had to do was drop a link in an email and the potential candidates for the position would schedule a 30-minute time slot in my schedule. The best part is that Calendly integrates with your Google Calendar, so that if you have other events planned in your Google Calendar, nobody who has the link will be able to schedule a video slot during that time.

Cons

The only thing that could possibly be improved is that sometimes my Google Calendar would be in one time zone, while Calendly would be in another time zone, so when I read the time that somebody booked a call with on Calendly it would be different from my Google Calendar. If there was a way to integrate the time zones so that whenever somebody booked a call in Calendly it would be the same time zone as that of my Google Calendar, I would appreciate it. But I'm sure there is a setting in the app that makes this possible, I just wasn't able to find it.

I loved that you could add pre-qualifying questions to a calendar invite so I could 'pre-screen' potential customers before actually getting on a call

The flexibility to have people schedule appointments for you was fantastic. The web interface is really clean.

Cons

No real complaints. I just didn't need its more valuable services anymore and just returned to google calendar.

For me Calendly has help me save time and energy booking appointments with my clients its easy just to send them the link and book the appointment when I have the available time

I think there is nothing I dislike about Calendly the app is user friendly and free to use.

The ease of using the tool and setting it up. It is a one stop for syncing calendars and zoom to automate scheduling. This tool has saved several man hours for me allowing me to focus on other tasks. The short messages that it allows you to include on the invites is very efficient and conveys the message to the scheduler.

Cons

The first time using it was a little overwhelming but as I got used it, it was pretty seamless.

Pros

Calendly is the answer for people that forget to add meetings to a calendar, or more specifically for those that hate going back and forth about when you are available to meet with someone.

Cons

I wish that event types can be edited within the app without having to go to the browser. They do make it very easy to access the edit page from the app.

Basically, I use calendly to create and manage appointments on our website, and it has been really helpful.

Pros

Calendly will be a tremendous help if you need to manage a complex schedule for yourself or another person. Sometimes I get saddled with the task of scheduling for my Team which could be a very daunting task, but Calendly really simplified the whole process for me. Both the setup process and the ease of use are excellent. It is appropriate for in-person scheduling, it is also optimized for online scheduling. Some of the features I really love about Calendly is the real-time notifications and alerts, the client portal, automated scheduling feature, and team or group calendars.

Cons

I wish the customer service will be a little bit more available and I won't have to be chatting with some bots each time I need some help

Calendly is simple and beautiful, it helps to deal with remote teams and meetups across the globe. If you work remote, you manage people on different time zones and/or you just want to simplify your appointment making then this tool is for you. Great offer for the free version!

Pros

As soon as I used Calendly I was hooked with the beautiful minimalistic interface and how powerful but easy to use it was. Within five minutes I had created my even types, set the hours in my timezone that I was available. If you have a Pro account clients can pay right there for your time through Stripe or PayPal. All wrapped in a beautiful and short link shareable anyway, completely amazing. Once the appointment is done it will be added to my mail and GCalendar as well. Calendly is integration-ready, Zapier is one of them so there's almost nothing you can't do when someone makes a new appointment, reschedules, etc.

Cons

I am using the free version and you get most of the major features with it, so I don't have complaints about Calendly

Pros

No effort to get up and running with this. Using this tool has really cut down the time I spend on back and forth over email to try and find a time that works for me and the other person. The UI is simple to use and navigate. Really client friendly to be able to just send a simple link and book an appointment with you from there.

Cons

If you need to cancel a meeting that was set up by Calendly you have to log into the dashboard which can be annoying and takes you away from what you were doing.
