We use the tool now as premium customer for more than 3 years and have no plan to change to another product. Pros The booking process for customers is pretty easy and intuitive. Pros Calendly helps me get away from the 'send over a few times and dates' back-and-forth that made scheduling a hassle. It's also helpful when others have different time zones, because Calendly converts the times for you and lets everyone choose a time. Dates that are already booked are removed from the options and you can set your schedule so they only see when you're actually available. Typically, it integrates and syncs well with Google Calendar, so I can see booked meetings instantly added as events on my calendar. I can give out a link to my calendar and let everyone book their own time. Plus, if they need to cancel or reschedule, I know right away when they change the event. It’s pretty easy to use and I can set aside how many slots I want that day, the times I’m on lunch and the days where I just can’t take calls. I use calendly to also set up zoom meetings as it has the function as well! Pros I like that it’s a simple tool to use for the most part. You set up your availability and you are given a link. Once you get the link you’re able to hyper link it etc. Cons I don’t really like that on the “free” version you only get 1 event. Granted the product is free for one event space but if you want more you have to pay. Its understandable but a bit underwhelming. Alternatives considered [HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/) Reason for choosing Calendly I use them both interchangeably, I like Calendly for its ease in phone screenings along with its simple interface. There are many options for setting up different kinds of meetings, but they are not intuitive, nor are they easily navigable. I found that I was backtracking into different types of meetings just to find the one I want. Also, it is difficult to remove certain types of meetings that are no longer viable, and these "Zombie Meetings" simply linger in my catalogue.
