It helps provide better customer service and time to Pros Our team uses Microsoft Outlook Calendar, but always struggle looking at our schedules to see availability. I include the link on my email signature and you can easily view my availability OR schedule a 30-minute meeting (or your preferred time). Cons I would love to be able to see more visibility and scheduling options between more people. The free version gave us enough tools for what we needed at the beginning. Never reached the need to upgrade to premium. Introwise appeared in the moment we needed to upgrade and we're really happy with the change. Pros Free version of the app is fair and gives enough functionalities for what I needed at the beginning of my business. Cons The monthly fees for the premium version of the software is a bit excessive, in my humble opinion. I've never tested it, but I think prices are more related to the popularity of the service and the fact it was the first software to serve this purpouse. February 6, 2018 5.0 Pros My favorite feature that Calendly provides is the ability to setup team scheduling. Being able to setup a link for clients to schedule a call with an entire team's availability, that is then assigned by round robin, and is fully integrated with everyone's google calendar rocks! I highly recommend Calendly as a great scheduling tool. It has a clean and easy to use interface and very good integration options. Cons I only ran into a small bump with my time zone settings, but the Calendly support team was fast and friendly to help me get it fixed. It was somewhat cumbersome when I tried to provide a feature request idea I emailed to the support team. Instead of the support person gathering and passing along the idea, I was sent a link to a 'General Products Ideas' where I was instructed to find an idea similar to mine in a giant list to be able to include it. So easy to just send a link and have it connect to your google calendar. Cons Not able to book into multiple google calendars which would be nice. Pros Calendly is a good appointment scheduling platform that I use whenever I need to book appointments with my work colleagues or external partners. It allows you to schedule calls and integrates with other platforms such as Zoom which is super convenient. Pros Anytime you need to make sure that you will be there for someone from a different hemisphere on the right time - check. It makes sure that everyone sees the time adjusted to their local settings - and that they won't miss it. On top of that, you can set up a whole plethora of different meeting options. Not only finding a time that works well for us both and then integrating seamlessly with my Google calendar, but with the upgraded version of the software, I'm able to also customize automated responses. I use this feature to send information on where to meet and request information to be sent over. Pros I love how simple, easy, and reliable this software is. It has allowed me to schedule guests for my interview show without a bunch of "back and forth" emails to find a mutually beneficial time. Cons It's certainly not the "prettiest" of softwares. December 12, 2019 5.0 Calendly allows me to schedule and keep track of my initial consultations with new clients. It was super easy to set up and the free option gives you lots of flexibility. Pros Calendly allows my new clients to set up a consult with me for 15minutes at a time. It has been embedded in my website and email, which makes it super easy to access. The paid option gives you even more choices and time options. When someone schedules a consult, it goes straight to my calendar. Cons I wanted it to allow for at least two or three different appointment times under the free service but this comes with the paid service. Great to be able to share a link and set up phone calls without all of the back and forth. Cons As with many Outlook integrations, there can be bugs with keeping the calendar synced. Cons Initially they didn't have an easy way to integrate with Zoom, but since they recently implemented that integration, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's just perfect.
