As opposed to sending emails back and forth, this platform makes it very easy for two or more parties to agree on a certain date and time to meet. Pros Calendly is incredibly easy to use and can be integrated with Gmail and Slack. I also like the ability to send customized reminder emails to clients and coworkers. Calendly has made scheduling more effective and efficient among our staff. Cons One thing that I would love Calendly to change is the ability to limit the number of times someone can book. This would help narrow down certain days that staff members can select for schedule availability. Pros Calendly allows me to organize my tight schedule. It is easy to use it and can make you stay on track on your day. I also allows you to make appointments with other people, check their schedules and choose the time that work for both for your meetings. Really a time saver! Cons No major issues to report, it really is a great help! There is a limited use though for free users, and you'd have to pay to get full access. I've used this to schedule one-on-one meetings with external vendors and partners, and I've used it to schedule meetings with many participants. It can do most anything. Pros Calendly makes it so simple to create different meeting options and have users sign up. I love that it integrates with Zoom. We were able to customize messaging, reminders and request custom questions to be completed. This allowed us to prep for a call beforehand to determine if the client wanted to discuss anything specific. Even better, if only took a few minutes to configure! Pros I find calendly's strength is that it's quite easy for someone to book in an appointment with our team. Cons I find the options for customizing and sharing access to be more limiting, particularly as our team was looking to book appointments on a shared calendar, ahead of a trade show. Super aesthetically pretty and so easy to use. Pros I loved the simplicity of it. I've used it multiple times to schedule meetings with people outside of my company and it's been so easy and user friendly to use. All the individual's available times are listed and you just click which one you want. It's not presented in a calendar view like outlook but rather just selections. Love how easy it is to use. We were trying to schedule so many tasks from our clients is became a point of contention and stress both for us and the client. Calendly has smoothed over all the communication issues that had been there previously for us, cant recommend it enough if you have a need to schedule and assign tasks between lots of clients and lots of engineers. Pros We have daily site deployment requirements that are a nightmare to schedule with our clients and customers. Instead of endless back and forth wrangling over scheduling a time that will work, the client can instead see which blocks are available and reserve that block. This tool has given our customers a great insight into our availability and really helps set expectations so that everyone can be on the same page. Its all about communication, and Calendly smooths out a huge portion of what used to be a large part of our work day. Cons What cons can I say? Calendly knows what its doing and integrates their software nicely in their niche. The licenses are reasonably priced, the interface is great, and the support has been phenomenal when needed. February 8, 2018 4.0 Pros Calendly was super simple and easy to use, anyone with a computer could use it within 1 minute. A about 3 clicks in and you got the job done. Cons Calendly just seems like a more built out version of Google Calendar, you don't have to manage all the contacts so thats nice but beyond managing your contacts and schedules it doesn't do a lot more than that. Other scheduling software bares in mind round robin style schedules so large sales floor can keep an equal amount of meetings going from SDR to AE. It makes it super easy to schedule meetings with my clients. Pros I like that it allows my clients the ability to schedule time with me based on how I set up my parameters. This gives me the ability to truly manage my schedule that allows me balance in my days, weeks, and months. Cons I do not like that it does not have the ability to add multiple invitees in an easier fashion. The company wants you to change the URL link to allow for customized invitees and questions. There should just be an option to pre-populate the users that you want on this meeting to be added to the meeting without making the customer manually do it.
