It is feature-complete, it is very intuitive, and not once did I have to explain how it works to anyone I have shared the link with. Also, it has a very well though onboarding experience. Pros Calendly has saved me countless back-and-forth emails when trying to arrange a time for a meeting with anyone. It's as easy as sending them a link and they can choose a time suitable for them based on my calendar. Once a meeting is scheduled in Calendly, it is automatically synchronized to my Google Calendar. Just like that! Fells like magic!! Cons None that I could think of except that I found the price a bit too expensive. Review Source GB Gordon B. If your use case is simple, shop around for less expensive products that might hit your sweet-spot for less. Pros Calendaly really helped with scheduling for our Org. It integrates with a wide variety of calendaring apps (Google Calendar, Office 365, Outlook and iCloud) and allows people to schedule appointments with us. If we had complex use cases, like needing to charge for meetings, or integrations with Salesforce, custom web-hooks, etc., Calendly would meet those needs. Cons It's a bit much for what we need, and it has limits on the number of calendars it can integrate, even at the highest tier! The highest tier could accommodate my three calendars, but I don't need all the extras I'd be paying for. There are competing products that offer a sweet spot of what I need for less money. I used to do it manually and with calendly everything is automated which is big time saver for me. Also, I don't have to ask everyone about their availability for the meeting, I can just share a link and they can book at their own time. Highly recommended tool for scheduling appointments!!! It saves a lot of time and also ensures that there are no clash in the schedules. Pros Calendly allows us to schedule our meeting with in a very easy and effective manner. It automatically shares the invites to the guests and the attendees. Now I can easily share my URL with the team mates and they can easily book the date and time for the meet as per their choice. Cons Nothing. Basically its perfect but still I wish there are some more functionality and access provided in the free version. Pros Calendly makes it easy to manage customer calls, meetings, and follow-ups. I have used this product for several years and any time I needed support with my calendar or meetings it was easy to contact support. Their follow-up is also top-notch ensuring all of my needs have been met and my questions have been answered. Cons I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with this product that were not easily solved by customer support. usually, the issue was the user not the product so in some cases we simply needed to provide additional training. August 11, 2020 5.0 Overall, Calendly is a great tool for our company. We have a lot of meetings and calls with our clients so Calendly makes it super easy to schedule. And it we don't get them on the phone or the client misses a meeting you can just sent out the link and the client can book it themselves which is great! Pros Calendly is a great tool to schedule out calls with our clients! It makes it way easier just to schedule a time to get the client on the phone and go over everything. I love that I can easily just look up a date and time and book it right on the spot and it will send them an email/text reminder! Cons So far Calendly has been great. It might just be the way our company has it set up but I wish that it was a requirement to set the time zone. Ours automatically is on Pacific time so sometimes I forget to change it to the clients time zone. Also, I wish that we could set up the reminders (like 1 day before or something) but, again, this might just be how we have it set up. Other than that, it has been super easy! Cons Si no se tiene tanto conocimiento de todas las funcionalidades puede pensarse que es una plataforma simple, entonces el encontrar o promocionar mejor todas sus funcionalidades. I also like that it detects time zone differences so there are not any weird, awkward morning meetings that shouldn't have happened with one person on the east coast up and ready to go and one on the west coast whose alarm has not gone off. It clears up this miscommunication. It helps me stay organized in a way that is easy to manage. Pros This software is easy to use and helps easily schedule meetings without the back and forth of playing phone or email tag. The affordability of the software is great. Even though the free version is limited, I find I can still do quite a bit because my business is small. Also, the plans are affordable so I don't feel stressed about potentially needing to upgrade as my business continues to grow. Cons The free version is super limited. Pros The thing I liked most about Calendly is that is is fairly easy to use and send to clients to set up calls. When I need to schedule a call, instead of going back and forth over email on a time that works, I can just send the client a link to my schedule and I can tailor my schedule to the times I am available so the client knows exactly when works! Cons My least favorite thing about Calendly, is that setting up my calendar and the times that work and getting it to sync with my work calendar was a bit difficult to navigate and took longer than I would have liked. A lot of the time he is in the middle of a procedure or unable to answer a call on the fly. Calendly makes it so easy to access his personal schedule and book a surgery with him without inconveniencing the surgeon or the client. Ease of use is fantastic! Pros While trying to book guests for the a podcast I was able to send out a single link with calendar availability instead of sending a bunch of emails back and forth. The software also worked well when organizing meetings with people from alternate time zones. Cons It would have been effective to be able to integrate 3 or 4 people's schedules together to organize larger meetings.
