Pros I love that Calendly offers seamless integration with Zoom. It also saves a ton of back and forth with clients about when we are each available - I just send them my Calendly link for the kind of appointment I'm trying to set up and they select a time that works for them with Zoom info automatically included Cons I wish I could integrate multiple different Zoom accounts at once. I have separate Zoom accounts for my coaching business and my main job, and it'd be really nice to be able to switch back and forth easily on Calendly. Review Source Brittany S. I love it and my clients love it because when we meet, its not because I was calling/emailing/chasing and it fits their needs. Easy to use - no complaints! Pros I no longer have to chase clients to book appointments or set aside time for appointments that clients forget about or cancel last minute. They pick and choose based on their availability and they do it quickly! Calendly syncs with Zoom and my Gmail calendar so everything is seamless and organized. Love this tool!! Cons I would like more options as far as the content of the meeting message but thats just a personal preference. Has met all needs. Pros I liked how I can customize different events for different types of client calls (kick off calls, data setup, on-boarding, training, q&a, etc.). Saves time from trying to schedule appts. Cons Sometimes customizing the events, I want to be able to make adjustments/changes more quickly. We've had such success with the free plan that we're going to upgrade to a paid version, which doesn't happen often on our limited budget! Cons The one thing I wish it would do is give you an alert when a meeting is not set up with a virtual meeting link. This is something you have to check a box for, and I've had a couple moments when I forgot to check it and then got to the meeting time only to realize I hadn't given my client a place to meet! Pros Calendly is integrated with the most popular calendar platforms like outlook calendar and google calendar and this tool sync up with these platforms automatically. We can ask custom questions from clients in the scheduling process and can set some buffer time as a customization option among two meetings and within that time we can prepare for the next meeting quickly. Cons There are limitations in the free version.
