Pros Calendly is integrated with the most popular calendar platforms like outlook calendar and google calendar and this tool sync up with these platforms automatically. We can ask custom questions from clients in the scheduling process and can set some buffer time as a customization option among two meetings and within that time we can prepare for the next meeting quickly. Cons There are limitations in the free version. Pros Calendly is one of those tools that you don't know you needed until you use it. It solves well many of the issues that usually happen with meetings. It also feels like having a digital personal assistant which is in charge of arranging your meetings, scheduling them, and remind you when you have them. I like that you can specify your preferences for Calendly to know of your availability. Cons Calendly is really flexible, and it gives you so many features and control that I cannot find anything negative with it.
