It's confusing and time consuming. Calendly makes it so much easier! It syncs to your calendar and blocks out time as people select a time to meet with you. Events are automatically added to your calendar and meeting links are sent to everyone involved. Problem solved! Cons It's a great tool, but it is limited to only scheduling meetings. It plays a small part in my overall business, but serves my needs well. Pros Setup is easy - it takes just a few moments to link your calendar, create a meeting link and share with other people. Past that, there are a bunch of feature - like being able to collect payments for meetings that have been useful for me and worth paying for. Cons It's not possible to add coupon codes to paid meetings - which has forced me to find other payment solutions for some meetings. February 7, 2018 5.0 Pros When I was getting interviews for interns and potential hires to come in- calendly saved me hours of back and forth and headaches. I've always hated trying to figure out someone else's schedule and it's even worse when someone can't remember what their own plans are. Putting a calendar system in place others to work around me has been great. I got sales guys using it at the last 2 companies I've worked with and it's changed the way they do business as well. I can't imagine going without it now. Cons Of course it;s not free but I wish it was a little cheaper. I think additional integrations in slack and FB would be cool. If you are willing to spend money on a scheduling software than this is also the cheapest one. Perhaps not the best solution though. Pros I have only worked the free (basic) version of Calendly but it was easy to set up and use. Cheaper than the competition and works fine. Cons Even though it is cheaper than the competition, I feel like the options to freely customize it are also more limited. Pros I like that it allows a requester to automatically select a 15-, 30-, or 60-minute appointment; custom time windows are available. I LOVE that ability to set a standard location or ask guests to suggest their own. Great Google Calendar integration too as well as Wordpress integration. Pros Calendly is great for giving others the ability to schedule at their own convenience. It makes it easy because it sends an email when the appointment is scheduled as well as a reschedule link, which I appreciate. I use it when scheduling for different sales team members. Cons as an appointment setter, it would be nice if you could add private notes, such as background info, without both parties seeing it. It is very feature-rich in terms of text/email notifications, custom before and after settings. Cons The sync with your own personal calendar can be a bit buggy.
