Pros A great time saver by eliminating email chains and letting others book directly, freeing up valuable chunks of one's time spent replying. Calendly has enabled us to make scheduling so effective and effortless by doing most of the work for us using automations. It has been an easy and very effective scheduling experience with Calendly. With Calendly, there are no struggles finding time to schedule for a meeting. Pros I like how easy it was to learn Calendly and how to use it optimumly. The user interface is also very sleek abd easy to navigate. Calendly real-time sync with my calendar tool help find available time for scheduling based on my existing calendar activities. Its seamless integration with most online meeting products makes it easy to schedule for online meetings. Calendly offers automated schedule reminders and follow ups that ensure everyone shows up for the scheduled meetings. Cons All Calendly features has been so responsive. It did not take long to implement and setup. It interfaces well with Zoom. Pros It just really works . Easy to use and setup. It did not take long to get up and running. The free trial was helpful. Cons Cost - pricey..there are cheaper alternatives that work just as well . It does not manage booking multiple people well. It’s one of those tools I don’t even have to think about it just works. It’s saved me so much time over the years, and it’s made scheduling feel simple and stress-free. My clients always comment on how easy it is to book with me, and honestly, I couldn’t run my business without it at this point. Pros It just makes life easier. I love that it checks all my Google calendars so I never double-book, and it’s so easy for clients to use. I’ve been using Calendly for years and it still feels like one of the best decisions I made for my business. It saves me time, keeps me organised, and just works without any drama. Pros With Calendly you can allow your customers to book meetings in your diary at their convenience. They are then far more likely to attend. Pros The ability to make different meeting types, the ease of sharing and the integrations. The interface is intuitive and easy to adopt. Cons I've yet to find a feature I do not like. Calendly simplified scheduling considerably and has been well worth the price. Pros I looked at several tools, but Calendly seemed to be the best for flexibility. I'm able to create multiple different types and lengths of events, make some visible to everyone but others not, and specify exactly the text that should be sent to a client when they schedule. It also integrates easily with Zoom. Cons Setting up my availability and specifying availability for different event types had a bit of a learning curve. The user-friendly interface is clean and professional-looking for both me and my clients. Cons The free plan is quite limited, with only one event type, so I had to upgrade sooner than expected. Occasionally, there are minor integration hiccups with certain calendar systems. The mobile browser experience could be improved - time input controls don't use typical mobile interfaces. Pros The ease my prospects can use my calendar to schedule and reschedule meetings is the most important functionality of any tool. I can give them ways to book by adding a clickable calendar in the body of the email or by coming to a booking page. Cons Leadership seems to be using another tool for weblead booking. It does create an inconsistency, but I'm not part of that decision. But we fought to keep calendly for our personal scheduling. Pros I appreciate that Calendly is easy to set up has a rofessional appearance with branded pages, automated reminders, and calendar syncing. Pros I have used Calendly for at least a year. I use it in the most basic but productive way. Connected to my calendar and my Gmail, I see notifications each time someone sets an appointment and an event is added to my agenda. If you're only needing a booking platform, this is a great option to free up some time and be able to book out your schedule with discovery/sales calls without the back and forth of going over calendars with clients. Pros I love their integration with video conferencing platforms and payment processors. It allows me to offer my services to clients and have their meeting scheduled, booked and paid for, all without me needing to do a thing, leaving it in my clients hands and giving me more time. Cons I do find that most other calendar and booking platforms are offering what calendly offers so it would be nice to see them improve some of their features. Its inability was a show-stopper. Pros Calendly is one of the most popular meeting schedulers, and I think its reputation is well-deserved: it integrates with two of the most-used calendar platforms (Microsoft and Google) and features very good usability. Cons It shockingly doesn't support Apple, a very large platform used by hundreds of millions (billions?) of people worldwide.
