It also does more than we need, and is very easy to use, clear, and quick for our clients. Pros The ability to sync with other calendars and automated SMS/email notifications. Also, customization and ease! Cons The interface is a bit cluttered and may not be super intuitive for users who are not tech savvy. But it does everything we need and more. Calendly is the most popular tool in this category which means everyone I need to work with already uses Calendly. 9 out of 10 times the other person sends a Calendly link to me and I can easily schedule a meeting because I am already signed into my Calendly account. Cons The paid plan starts off at $15, I think there is a space for a cheaper paid plan as well. I am able to simply send my Calendly link to students and my staff to schedule meetings. Pros I love how easy Calendly is to use. I also love the ease of scheduling. As a professional who meets with college students on a regular basis, it is much easier to use Calendly instead of having to manually find a common time to meet. I also love that there is a free version of this software for basic use. Cons I least like the fact that I have to manually block off time on my calendar to avoid my lunch and other personal times being scheduled over. Other than that, I truly love Calendly. I don't have to ever worry about people asking for an off appointment. They know to go to my link, schedule time, and I will call them. I lose track of appointments and calls a LOT less now because it's all basically set in stone through Calendly. Pros The fact that I don't have to worry about my schedule! This has massively reduced scheduling conflicts. Prospects and customers know they can go to my calendar link to see what I have available and schedule time with me without ever having to call. Cons There isn't much I don't like. It's all very customizable and integrates nicely with Zapier. Not that an admins job is not valuable, but scheduling became simplified by removing a couple of follow up emails. Pros I love the functionality of being able to become completely transparent from a scheduling perspective with clients, partners and leads. It takes the place of having to use an admin to schedule with back and forth emails that takes 2 to 3 emails per attempt at scheduling. Cons Biggest con, it is an outside link. If you are working with clients who have great security tools, your email might not make it through their spam blocker. It make appointment booking so much easier in my line of work. Pros I loved how easy it was to set up multiple appointment options. Once you set up one appointment with specific preferences you could easily copy that to all your other appointment options. I also appreciated how many preference options there were and how easy it was to block off specific days or times on your calendar. And the customization for things like, appointment reminder, was helpful in my line of work. Cons Once you get the hang of Calendly it is fairly easy to use, but it did feel like there was a bit of a learning curve when I first started using it. June 30, 2020 4.0 Overall it continues to do the job I need it to do. I do feel it could be more effective if they tweeked it a little, but I continue to use it, I continue to refer it to others, and and until a better option reveals itself, I'll be staying with Calendly. Pros I use it in my email signature as well as on my LinkedIn profile. Usually, passively, I receive anywhere from 3-5 calendar appointments per month just from having it in people's line of sight. It offers people an pressure free way for them to set up an appointment on my calendar. For some prospects it just feels better to let them set it, rather than pressure them for a time. Cons I wish I could utilize the link better. On my LinkedIn page there isn't a way for Calendly to have an attractive looking, professional icon for a person to click. In the end it does the job, but the user experience is a little clunky. Switched from [HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/) I wasn't fully utilizing the HubSpot software to justify the cost. As long as you have a single task owner whose schedule needs to be used, the time from initially signing up to sending out your first scheduling task can be as little as 5 or 10 minutes. However, as soon as you need additional features, those upgrades can add up quite a bit quickly. As a result, I recommend Calendly more for users who have basic scheduling needs, rather than large teams who need the advanced features that come with a higher cost. As long as this fits your use case, Calendly is an approachable, easy to use solution that lets you start working right away. It also changes to their time zone so there's no confusion. Cons I would like to add more qualifying questions when someone sets up a meeting so that I can attend the meeting more prepared. Setting up event types is quick and intuitive. Two thumbs up. Pros We use Calendly to schedule both individual SDR meetings and campaign-driven meetings. We also use Calendly within our gifting platform to gate gifts with meetings and with Zoom to host the meetings. Calendly is nimble enough to meet all of these needs. We also integrate meeting notifications and attribution with Marketo through the use of Zapier. Cons It would be nice if there were a direct meeting integration with Marketo or a way to better/more accurately assign an incoming meeting to the correct salesperson to assist. The 2-way sync with Google Calendar make our life super easy, since we can just plug our calendar and start to book meetings. All the follow ups the app provide, and customisation capabilities, will ensure a smooth experience with the customer. The feature I like most, is the "automation". Well, is not properly an automation, but it will allow the customer to change or cancel his booking. You can also take payments. Cons Can't think about anything. The software is pretty easy to use.
