It's pretty easy to set different appointment slots and time buffers. Cancellations and reschedules were easy, too. Cons Once you're on a team phone schedule, you're a bit stuck there. It seems to work well for teams, but not for individuals. Changing admins was tedious and unnecessarily complicated. To have an individual scheduling service, there are better competitiors out there. I use it so people can book meetings with me, I get instant notifications and the best part is that it syncs automatically with my calendar. The interface is super user-friendly, and I can set it up and access it from anywhere, from my computer, my tablet or my phone! It's very customizable too, love it! This saves a lot of individuals time and increases productivity and I always enjoy seeing when other individuals are trying to use something similar. Pros Calendly has been a big time saver across the board for my own efficiencies. During a time of increased meetings (essentially double the amount, pre-covid), it takes the leg work out of scheduling meetings and trading available times with others. I like how it allows me to pick blocks of time where I am available (or wish to block time off), automatically generate call lines when an appointment or meeting is scheduled with varying predefined lengths, and ability for further customization like agendas/topics of discussion. Cons The free trial was excellent and adopting across an organization seems worthwhile but of course comes with multiple approvals required. Pros Calendly is seriously turned out to be my hub for scheduling meetings efficiently. I really love the fact that now I don't have to write emails mentioning my availability. All those hassles have been eliminated from my and my teammates' work life. Cons While it supports integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, I feel that Google meet should also be there as an option. Due to the lack of this, my Google workspace seems a little useless to me. This saves me a lot of time and allows me to more easily manage my own calendar. I am able to schedule time off and know that I won't accidentally have clients booked during that time. Calendly also looks nice visually. Pros Calendly offers me a integrated calendar solution that allows clients to book multiple types of events. The client receives email confirmation and can also add the event to their calendar. Calendly is easy to use and able to work with a lot of other tools. I have it integrated with a Squarespace website, which has offered a very easy solution to the scheduling issues I previously encountered. Cons I find it a bit challenging to create new events. Overall, it's easy but you have to get used to the various functions Calendly offers and make sure you have set all of the parameters correctly. February 16, 2019 5.0 I love calendly. It is a life changing, hassle-free tool as it makes scheduling meetings very easy! Pros This is great tool to manage calendar and appointments. Before Calendly, I used to send my availability which at times would change a few minutes later. Thanks to Calendly, scheduling appointments has never been easier. It enables me to focus on more important tasks and be more productive and no worry about emailing back and forth trying to find a date and time that works for everyone. I also like that it sends reminders prior to an appointment. Cons There's nothing that I dislike about Calendly. It is a great tool and I will continue to use it for a very long time!!!
