Day to day functionality is pretty good, and my clients have an easy time booking Cons It is glitchy! It has made my recruiting efforts much easier since I no longer have to call every single person to schedule. We've had multiple other services that have never come close to Calendly - all scheduling roads always lead back to calendly. Pros How easy it is to create and manage new events. Cons Automations and email notifications are a little rigid for larger teams. Switched from [Google Calendar](https://www.capterra.com/p/213340/Google-Calendar/) It wasn't necessarily a switch, but we used to book all of our appointments manually. Pros I love how easy it is to use, and how it connects to Google calendar seamlessly. I've used both the free plan and the paid plan. The paid plan allows you to customize your calendar more and gives you more options to set reminders across multiple applications. For anyone looking for simple scheduling, they have the best free plan for that purpose. Cons The pricing should be lower to encourage companies to keep it for longer than they need it for. Pros I like that Calendly embeds with my personal calendar , making it impossible for any clash between my personal and professional appointments. I also like the automatic reminders it sends me , minutes before my appointments, ensuring that I don't forget I have an appointment booked. Most importantly to me, I like that anyone can cancel or reschedule scheduled appointments with me on Calendly and state the reason why they are cancelling or rescheduling the appointment, without even needing to reach out to me first. Basically for me, Calendly allows me manage my professional appointments with as little human contact as possible . Cons Nothing that I can think of right now. I also love that I can easily sync my zoom account, and that the invite populates with the zoom link automatically. Cons I wish I could send an overall availability view to a client, no matter what timeframe they are looking for. I need to send it in designated time blocks. The biggest challenge was scheduling meetings for 2 busy partners and finding a gap that works for everyone, and Calendly makes it easy for clients to book. It’s pretty easy to use and I can set aside how many slots I want that day, the times I’m on lunch and the days where I just can’t take calls. I use calendly to also set up zoom meetings as it has the function as well! Pros I like that it’s a simple tool to use for the most part. You set up your availability and you are given a link. Once you get the link you’re able to hyper link it etc. Cons I don’t really like that on the “free” version you only get 1 event. Granted the product is free for one event space but if you want more you have to pay. Its understandable but a bit underwhelming. Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings!
