"Great, but needs small improvements "

Overall: My overall experience is positive besides a few bugs here and there that make the app slow.

Pros: I like that the app allows you to access the website as well, there are clear and different sections for all common questions. Very easy to setup and to use.

Cons: My least favorite feature is the bugs, it is slow at times and there are a few bugs that can be frustrating, but nothing that makes it impossible to use.

"benefits that are useful"

Overall: It helps to find financial support, retirement plans and a good medical service that makes everything so easy to acquire

Pros: It encourages a relationship of benefits with quality of life and work, having a HealthPro helps a lot in health issues and having a retirement plan makes you think of a more organized future. These benefits make for a good service implementation and are easy to use when you have a personal advisor who transmits the information much more clearly and precisely to obtain these benefits

Cons: Perhaps the response time by the advisors should improve by giving a faster performance in the responses

"As an HR end user, avoid this company at all costs. "

Overall: They treat employees like they are cheats and untrustworthy. Overall it created more work for the HR department because they had to over rule several "concerns" Alight brought up due to documentation lacks. Some of those there was zero physical way to have them. Also, in my HR experience of over 25 years I've only ever seen benefits fraud once. Same for my husband's employer, the HR person said she had only seen it once in 20+ years. On top of that, you can read employee reviews on other sites, it has a 100% 1 star rating for the end user. Multiple stories of funds being held, HSA monies dispearing, SS#'s being changed and funds withheld. My personal opinion is that this company is criminal.

Pros: I'm sure they have a great sales team that sells the c-suite on saving money and catching cheating employees. Otherwise their service is DISMAL and suspect.

Cons: They were hired by my husbands employer to conduct a benefits audit. We had just gotten married and sent over a copy of our county registered marriage certificate. That was not enough, they wanted proof of address, asked for bank records and tax records. We had been married for less than a month, and have separate finances. Ultimately they got proof of address and the marriage certificate, and we refused to give them anything else because they had the major legal document, and we had no tax return as of yet, which when they audited us a few months later we still refused to give them. AND the HR department then overruled and said we were fine. Kinda funny how the employer sent us a marriage gift and card, and Alight decided we were somehow faking the system.

"Alight Very Iseful"

Overall: Very pleased with having an app with easy access to many of the important hr functions that I prefer to monitor daily

Pros: I use a light for HR purposes as an employee and I find having a lot of the high hr personal details in one spot has been great. Very interactive

Cons: I don't like how some of the functions kick me into the web version instead of staying in the app.

"a nice experience"

Overall: provides a set of benefits that through them has improved the health of employees interacting with them in a simpler but more effective way

Pros: There has been a good experience that helps to reduce costs and with effective solutions that have provided benefits and kept the health of employees in perfect physical and emotional condition so that the work environment is satisfactory for all.

Cons: I can't find anything wrong with this solution platform, the whole process has been satisfactory with a good function.

"The Hodges-Mace team is STELLAR- Industry knowledge and client support is exceptional"

Pros: Ease of use for the employees as well as the Administrator. The Hodges-Mace team has deep industry knowledge and expertise. I could not image utilizing any other vendor.

Cons: We've had exceptional service both ongoing as well as at implementation. Having gone through several annual enrollments now with Hodges-Mace, we've not experienced any issues and it been a smooth process.

"Wonderful staff are very helpful "

Overall: Ease of admin for annual enrollment and benefit admin as a whole

Pros: User friendly for employees and administrators staff are great to work with avatars are fantastic.

Cons: Learning "the setup language "during implementation but once we sat down together we learned quickly

"Very easy to navigate"

Pros: This was a trial of the software so I have not established likes or dislikes. The software did seem very easy to navigate and very user friendly.

Cons: Since it was a trial I do not have enough experience to determine any cons. Seemed very easy to navigate and very user friendly.
