My overall experience is positive, I have total control of my RFPs and of everything that is happening in the projects I am the manager

Pros

I like that is very easy to manage my projects and split responsibilities between the people involved. I like that is easy to flag and assign reviwers. Also, I like how easy it is to manage the content library and flag questions.

Cons

I would love if it had a "notes" section in each project so everyone could share notes and perceptions about the project. Also, I would love if the review in content library was easier to manage, just as a a project.

Pros

Innovative UI that updates frequently with new enhancements. The AI feature is very promising and has acted as a multiplier when it comes to productivity and speed of responding to RFIs and RFPs. I am also witnessing quality improvements with AI-generated responses over the last 6-9 months. The AI features help me be a rock star at work keep it coming!!!

Cons

Not flexible enough. Making AI runs seems complicated. Not enough collaborative features. Work on custom options. My manager added some custom fields and seems like we could not do much with them after creation?

My overall experience with has been quite positive. The platform stands out for its clear structure and organization—each product is categorized neatly, and every section has a designated owner, which makes it easy to know exactly who to reach out to within different business units. That clarity really streamlines communication and reduces confusion.

Pros

What I like most about is how it categorizes each product clearly, and how every section has its own owner. This makes it very easy to understand which business unit to reach out to.

Cons

The aspect I find least favorable is that when exporting to Excel or Word, the formatting often becomes inconsistent despite selecting a specific font.

Overall I have had a good experience using . I think it is a valuable resource for what it is. It is easy to then also have a document created with a record of how we responded for future reference.

Pros

I like that it is a one stop shop for all stakeholders in the RFP process where RFP asks, conversations and workflows can all be housed in one spot. It is easy to see what has been answered, what remains to review and easy to assign team members where needed to get the right people on the right questions to keep the workflow moving.

Cons

There are sometimes issues with the responses that are automatically pulled in where a question has a auto-response that does not answer the question being asked.

Pros

has helped us become more efficient in our response time and has provided a way for us to improve the quality and relevance of our answers. The new AI tools are great.

Cons

There is a definite time commitment to get things up and running and training our team has been a bit challenging as they are very stuck in the "old way" of doing things.

Overall, is a great tool. It offers many capabilities yet workers need time to learn the product to use it to its full potential. The AI Draft and 'Ask' feature are prime examples of proper implementation of Artificial Intelligence in products. The easy to use UI, constantly updated tracking, and roles and permissions offer a suite of tools to be leveraged to streamline processes.

Good experience with . As said, I really do think DSR are a real game changer in the provider/client-prospect conversations. I only have to say that I've not been convinced with the oppening tracker provided by responsive in the DSRs or even in documents.

Pros

I like the experience that prospects can get through the Digital Sales Rooms. And the database that stores all client/prospect & internal documentation about my company.

My overall experience is 9/10, only because sometimes I experience some delays in the content library to update some changes and also because of the notes menu I really miss.

Pros

It is very easy to organize the new projects and the new AI features are making great difference. Integration with SalesForce also is making great difference.

Cons

One thing i Really miss in is a notes space for each project where we could write shared considerations about each project.

Pros

I really enjoy the filtering capability within from the content and project dashboards. It makes it easy to find the content needed.

Cons

has a great system of submitting requests for enhancements. It would be great to see more customer-specific requests implemented.

It fits the bill. I like the email reminders. Recommendations are good and we're getting more value out of the AI capabilities.

Pros

Mostly intuitive solution. Works for how my team collaborates and it helps ensure that we don't miss anything.

Cons

More clearly defined product areas for searching. Clearer flow when adding folks, sharing comments and saving. It's a little wonky. The hover capability in the text is pretty slow/awkward/clumsy.

Pros

It is a great database to house our boilerplate information and project qualifications. as a platform is helpful for collaboration and sharing information across multiple people.

Cons

Sometimes the search feature can be a little too broad when typing in the search bar. The tags definitely help with organization but the search could be improved a bit.

The thing I liked the most about was the easy of use when managing all my RFPs and also the possibility of team collaboration when responding the RFPs.

Cons

Overall the platform is really good, sometimes maybe the AI gets a bit lost when searching for corresponding topics but Its just a matter of being clear to it in the first place.

I'm very happy with because it saves a lot of time and resources for my team and I. I feel like I can rely on it both for reusing past answers and for drafting new ones. Once you're aware of how the app works –because you do need some training, as with every other specialized tool–, it becomes very easy and dynamic to interact with. I would definitely recommend it to RFX teams who are looking for saving time.

Pros

I love that it can use our Knowledge Base, Content Library and past projects to draft new answers or recycle past ones. I also love that it can draft and translate content in different languages. It is think it's very useful for project tracking, specially if you're working with different team members. If you're working against the clock, it's an incredibly useful and fast tool to answer RFXs. You can finish a large project in just a couple of hours.

Cons

When I'm answering an RFX inside the Answering Page section, I wish I could Control + F my way through the app so that I could go back to previously mentioned answers and copy paste them into new questions because sometimes RFXs are repetitive. A command like that would be useful.

Pros

I like how user-friendly it is. I'm also enjoying the new grammar check capability.

Cons

How difficult it is to set up saved searches.

Great, the AI hallucinates it a bit but it saves so much time when we have large rfps to auto fill then go back and review.

Pros

That its smart and automates as it learns from movements, responses, question patterns etc. It makes it so much easier to navigate and get from place to place with less clicks.

Cons

Sometimes its too jumpy and doesnt allow the user to click where they want or on what they want without spazzing out a bit. There could also be easier ways to reference recent rfp answers and what gets "saved to library"

Wonderful. It doesn't get any better than .

Pros

is the best tool I've used so far and I've tried a couple. It's intuitive, clean, and they are always adding features that are easy to learn and enhance user experience vs. takeaway. I have also enjoyed their new certification program. It has really helped me to utilize the tool better for myself and company.

Cons

Price, but the sales team is a pleasure to work with and have been very helpful in meeting us where we are.

While my current employer is still rolling it out, I have used before, and I am excited for the increased capacity it will allow us to have given our lean-team approach.

Pros

Mainly the project management capabilities of the product. The first step of vetting an RFP always takes time, but with your hard work is rewarded with automation after you get the ball rolling.

Cons

Building the database wasn't as intuitive as I would have liked, though the custom fields being able to be facets alongside tags is a great feature for those who are used to a traditional folder structure.

I have been using the tool for 3+ years and it has been a very good experience overall. As already mentioned above, the tool is easy to use, and the account management is very helpful.

Pros

has an easy to use and easy to learn UI, which makes it easier to onboard new members/teams to the tool. It provides us an opportunity to create and leverage an answer library and collaborate with multiple teams at the same time, helping save a lot of time. Another great aspect is the value for money that the tool provides, compared to similar tools available in the market. Lastly, the account management team is very helpful and responsive (pun intended) and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

Cons

The answer suggestions that the tool provides while working on a questionnaire are incorrect a lot of times because sometimes the tool does a simple keyword match and because of the nature of questions, although the keywords may match, the answers suggested do not match the question at all. During such times, we rely on the human expertise and experience to search for the correct answers in the library.

is a very effective and user-friendly tool in many ways if you work with Excel-sheets. If it comes to other formats, the tool has its shortcomings which the user has to solve. The reuse of reliable and up-to-date content from previous projects is a very clever idea (known also in other branches like e.g. the translation industry).

Pros

\> Supporting team collaboration through clear assignment of sections/questions/tasks > Clear dashboard function that shows the tasks, progress and status of each question > The export function helps to create bid documents with a uniform look/formatting.

Cons

It is not possible to - search for possible Q/A-pairs in all completed projects (that are not part of the Answer Library) - reliably update the source file - to import read-only word/pdf-files with preset text-boxes to fill It is difficult to collaborate with clients and/or vendors on an RFP, if they have more than one question to answer.

9/10, the only reason I'm not giving it 10 is because I'm not fully leveraging all the functionality as of yet (especially the Auto-Respond and GenAI capabilities to save me time and increase efficiency).

Pros

The collaboration features, the Auto Respond feature, the mapping of projects and easy export into the source document.

Cons

Not a con as such, perhaps an inherent limitation of source files, but I would like some more accommodation of trickier source documents that e.g. have conditional questions (e.g. if Yes, reply to next question, if Not, do not) or documents that show or hide questions depending on how you previously answered to the questions above. Not sure if something could be enhanced in the tool to accommodate this, or other non-user-friendly types of RFx source files.
