La gestión y optimización de rutas, aviso oportuno a clientes finales sobre entregas o retiro de productos, estadísticas de desempeño y mediciones kpi.

Cons

en la usabilidad del transportista al llamar a cada cliente se cae la señal de gps y esto genera tardanza en sincronización de datos, incluso perdiendo la foto y datos de recepción de cada pedido como respaldo

Tiene como ventaja el lograr un posicionamiento en tiempo real de los vehículos en las vías, lo cual me da mucha confianza

Cons

Quizá el llevar poco tiempo usándolo, pero en realidad no veo desventajas.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, de aprendizaje y mejoramiento continuo. Simpliroute ha sido para mi una herramienta funcional, capaz de adaptarse a las necesidades de cada empresa, y apoyar a la Logística de Ultima Milla, orientada al Servicio del Cliente.

Pros

Su capacidad de resolver un problema importante, relacionado con el Servicio al Cliente, mediante la Optimización de Rutas, Servicio de Tracking, etc.

Cons

Como oportunidad de mejora, podría ser la revisar el canal de llamadas, frente a resolución de problemas, aparte del servicio del chat que disponen actualmente.

Conforme, me permitió ordenar la flota de camiones, la cantidad de viajes y el monitoreo de ultima milla, información que no teníamos antes de implementar la aplicación

Pros

Permite rutear y visualizar en tiempo real los pedidos que salen a ruta

Cons

Cuando terminan la ruta, pierdo la ubicación del vehículo, por lo que no se cuando le falta en llegar a la planta
