I am having a very good experience using Ring Central, very helpful
Pros: It records calls, and receives documents. Very easy to operate and accessible anytime. Clients can also leave their voicemail
Cons: I don't like the theme/environment of Ring Central because it looks very plain. Not matching it's functionality and accessibility.
Overall: access to all clients' voicemails, documents and a lot more
We love it !
Pros: We recently swiched over from our old phone system and we have really loved the new change. Works really well.
