L'équipe d'Atlas a été présente tout au long de l'implantation et demeure toujours disponible. Belle équipe proactive avec qui c'est agréable de collaborer.

Pros

La gestion des CV est simple et rapide maintenant avec Atlas. Le support technique est à l'écoute et ouvert.

Cons

Logiciel toujours en développement, donc nous avons trouvé des bogues. Certains candidats ont du mal aussi avec leur compte. Mais le support arrive vite dans ces situations.

Mon expérience personnelle est très positive, l'intégration s'est bien faite. Nous avons de bons commentaires et il est vraiment plus facile de naviguer et personnaliser la plateforme que ce que nous avions avant. Il nous reste à explorer encore certains modules (DocuSécur et le volet références). Certains autres modules ne répondent pas tout à faire à nos besoins ou notre réalité (gestion et invitation aux entrevues).

Pros

Facilité à naviguer et à configurer la plateforme. Le visuel est très attrayant et intuitif. La possibilité et la facilité à créer et à gérer les flux de travail et les questionnaires de présélection. Pouvoir voir d'où proviennent les candidatures grâce aux traqueurs. La possibilité de diffuser facilement et efficacement sur différentes plateformes (ça me sauve un temps FOU). Cela a amélioré notre visibilité et amassons beaucoup plus de candidatures ! Le fait aussi de pouvoir créer facilement un PDF attrayant (avec un code QR !) de nos affichages afin de les partager à nos partenaires en emploi.

Cons

Certains aspects sont encore à travailler et certains ajouts pourraient être bénéfiques, surtout pour un Cégep. Par exemple, pouvoir indiquer et conserver les traces des dates de début d'affichage et de fin d'affichage (pour les conventions collectives et les griefs, par exemple). Nous avons aussi beaucoup d'affichage de banques (chaque discipline et technique y figurent), et il est impossible de les trier par ordre de publication ou alphabétique. Nous aimerions pouvoir extraire la liste des candidats pour un affichage de manière plus efficace. Nous devons conserver certaines informations dans nos dossiers, dont le portrait final de l'évaluation des candidatures sous format Excel. Il aurait intéressant d'ailleurs d'y voir les raisons de refus pour les candidatures rejetées.

Pour les fonctionnalités et la facilité d'utilisation. Je crois que le prix aussi et le feedback de d'autres sources nous a aider à choisir Atlas. Folks proposait beaucoup de fonctionnalités que nous n'aurions pas utiliser, car elles s'adressaient davantage à des PME.

Nous sommes très heureux et fiers d'avoir implanté ATLAS dans notre Cégep. C'est un beau pas vers l'avant pour notre établissement.

Pros

L'accompagnement et le soutien lors de l'implatation et après. La facilité de la plateforme.

Cons

Les "bugs" que nous avons rencontrés. Difficulté à naviguer d'un document à l'autre lorsque nous sommes dans les profils des candidats.

Notre expérience globale avec Atlas est bonne.

Pros

Le logiciel est simple d'utilisation. Gain de temps au niveau du tri des CV. Tout est au même endroit. Facilité de contacter les candidats.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités seraient à développer afin d'améliorer notre expérience : pas de filtres possible sur les étiquettes par application ou encore quand nous rejetons un candidat, la plateforme nous renvoie toujours tout en haut de la liste même si on est au candidat numéro 50 par exemple (perte de temps).

Pour toutes les raisons écrites plus haut, nous sommes plutôt satisfaits de la plateforme.

Pros

Pour ce qui est des points positifs que nous apprécions, cette plateforme nous permet de faire un filtre sur les candidatures reçues. En effet, le système peut rejeter les candidatures qui ne répondent pas aux exigences du poste à l’aide d’un questionnaire que nous avons préalablement préparé. Malgré tout, nous pouvons tout de même consulter ces candidatures au besoin. Nous pouvons également inscrire un historique sur chaque candidature qui postule à différents concours. Ainsi, la direction concernée peut les consulter et avoir le point de vue des ressources humaines. De plus, le système peut générer une réponse automatique à la réception d’une candidature, ainsi qu’à un envoi massif de messages aux candidats, et ce, de façon individuelle. Finalement, un seul affichage rejoint plusieurs sites de recrutement dont notamment Indeed, très populaire actuellement.

Cons

Certains problèmes informatiques et service à la clientèle qui peut être amélioré (rapidité d'un retour et complexité pour rejoindre les personnes clés)
