Pros: This is a SUPER user-friendly event software. The back end is simple to understand, so even those that aren't terribly tech-savvy can sort it out. It offers a clean check-in process onsite as well and we've always gotten great reviews from attendees.

Cons: None of significance! Some learning at the beginning to sort out where everything is. And there are a couple of moments we've had to change things in the "code" which isn't super straightforward, but overall we've always been happy with the experience.

Overall: Seamless onsite registration and attendee experience, plus an easy way to see how many folks have checked in onsite.
