I use it everyday in my company with collegues. This avoid me the problem of private messages: when i'm at work, i prefer to have few distractions. In addition my role is subject to SCAM and phishing attack. I use it on mobile phones and with laptop.

Pros

Teamwire is a business platform ready to use against popular consumer alternatives: it looks & feel as well known consumer solutions and offer total control on communications and data retentions. For my point of view is mandatory that an organization use a business platform to mantain sovereignity on data and communications.

Cons

It's an affordable platform, used by mission critical organizations (eg defense, healthy, public utilities). Organization can use it in cloud or on-premise to ensure maximum control on the platform. Integrations with IAM, API avauilability complete the needs of an Enterprise and critical organizations

We used Whatsapp for fast and direct communication with our employees and teams in the past, but saw huge problems with regard to data protection and security as well as with productivity (e.g. desktop apps and professional file sharing). With Teamwire we found a dedicated enterprise messaging app for our business, that solved the Whatsapp problem. Teamwire has a similar feature set as Whatsapp, but provides strong data protection and encryption, and is focussed on business use cases and the internal communication with teams (e.g. group chats for projects). Teamwire apps are available cross-platform for mobile and desktop devices, which increases the productivity of mobile and office workers. Overall, Teamwire is a great business messaging app for teams.

We are a European consulting firm and use Teamwire for our team communication. We have several group chats for our various projects, office locations and teams, in which we coordinate client work, share confidential information and drive our business overall. We found that group chats in Teamwire can be very efficient, and not only reduce email overload but accelerate decision making and save us meeting time. As partner of the company, my response time to Teamwire messages is often instant, while my email response time - if I have even seen/read the email - can take hours, sometimes days.

We use teamwire for our internal communication in a daily basis. It is extremely safe compared to most market solutions, fast and reliable. And now with the new desktop version, we cover all our communication needs in the company, so couldn't be better
