They are both phenomenal, diligent and extremely helpful catalog machine representatives. They represent this company with the upmost accuracy. I look forward to continuing to work with them both. Pros I really love the features and the simplicity of the software. The software produces very polished line-sheets. Cons There is nothing that I like least about this software. I was stuck and in a bad position when I found catalog machine. A manufacturer we dealt with promised one of our customers they would make a parts catalog for them, but never delivered. The customer kept calling and emailing me and asking when this catalog would be created and I had no answer. Eventually, I took it on myself to start browsing the web and find a solution myself. The solutions I found were either expensive or difficult and a number of them required programming expertise. When I found catalog machine, I was presently surprised. There were some difficulties in the beginning, but Andriy helped me through. Once I got to use editor it became relatively easy and within a weekend I was able to create a catalog that looked professional and my customer was happy with. It turned out so well, I created a parts catalog for our own company and linked it to our website. Catalog Machine enabled me to create a good looking parts catalog customers could browse through easily. I've shown this to a few other of my friends who own their own businesses and may eventually make catalogs for them as well (when time permits). I've had customers contact me from all over the United States to order parts, which has been a nice surprise. I've also used this catalog as a teaching tool for one of my customers. It enables their employees to look at pictures of various parts, so they can identify components on machinery that failed over the phone. Unfortunately, due to time constraints I haven't been able to take advantage of all the features available, so I'm sure I'm missing out on some handy features. It's easy to use and certainly priced right. We looked at several options and chose Catalog Machine because it had everything we were looking for as a small business. It's flexible so that we can personalize the catalogs easily for our sales reps. We chose the option with passcode protection, which we love! We have a small group of sales representatives and brick-and-mortar retail clients. We've found it's tremendously helpful to be able to create a catalog with the sales rep's contact information on the catalog--gives them instant credibility. And the retail clients love it because they can have a catalog with their name on it for their customers, so they can email a link to someone who might ask about our products or who may want to know more about them. The catalog enables links to websites so that clients can easily find additional information, so it's tremendously flexible. We use it all the time! I'm not sure exactly how my former colleague found you, but I'm certainly happy she did.
