I've been having nothing but problems with my Veraedge. I do NOT recommend it to anyone Pros there absolute nothing that is good about Vera Cons I had nothing but problems with my vera edge, every time I logged in there was a update and when i did update it wouldn't work after. Pros Effortlessly, I can manage my lockbox codes on a Yale keyless entry lock. This is most important for my short term rental business. Cons The software is fine. I would like to successfully use the software without the need to call customer service. Perhaps it's me, but the written instructions did not work for me without a call to customer service which was swift and very helpful.
