Pros
Great to track all the exchanges and to centralize workflows. Great integration with other applications.
Really good app for talking and creating groups for working. Helps with lot of features and does not hang.
I like that it can have multiple groups created and all the chat stays in the same place. Unlike Skype it never hangs so its great.
Overall, extremely happy with Symphony. After multiple tools over the course of a few years, it feels like we found the proper tool for the Enterprise’s needs.
Cons
Sometimes It crash other then I found any cons yet.
At least for my company, no calls are allowed on the mobile application.
Also very clunky and memory intensive. File uploads will fail with no explanation.
It severely limited your ability to post more than 25 blog posts per day.

Cons: Only downside.. no phone integration and screenshare which need to be improved
"Progressive Communication Tool For A Modern Company"
Overall: Overall, extremely happy with Symphony. After multiple tools over the course of a few years, it feels like we found the proper tool for the Enterprise’s needs.
Pros: We have used multiple communication and collaboration tools throughout my time and Symphony is far and away has the most features and creates the best user experience. The tool is built with a daily heavy user in mind as another way to connect with our peers. The tool offers multiple ways to reach out, standard chat, group, and additional ways. It also works well with all of our retention requirements.
Cons: The one area of Symphony that I feel could be improved is the connectivity to other tools - Being able to integrate within the Office365 suite would be helpful in setting up meetings and availability. Also being able to integrate with whatever web conference software to launch that tool through symphony would be extremely valuable.
"An unremarkable communications platform for enterprise"
Pros: Has robust social features, groups/chatrooms, announcement feeds, and integrations with various other applications for alerting/announcements
Cons: Seems buggy. For example, sometimes clicking a link will open the webpage within the client, forcing you to restart the software. Also very clunky and memory intensive. File uploads will fail with no explanation.

Cons: Sometimes It crash other then I found any cons yet .
"Perfect replacement for Skype "
Pros: I like that it can have multiple groups created and all the chat stays in the same place. Unlike Skype it never hangs so its great
Cons: Screen sharing is the only feature I miss in this
"Great app to collaborate"
Pros: The tool is the same as having Slack and Whatsapp together for Finantial Institutions. Great tool to collaborate internally and externally and to avoid multiple chains of emails for the same subject. Great to track all the exchanges and to centralize workflows. Great integration with other applications.
Cons: At least for my company, no calls are allowed on the mobile application. It should be reviewed.
"Best way to communicate "
Pros: I love being able to send quick messages back and forth with external clients.
Cons: I do not like the notification when leaving large chat rooms.
"Above average chat application"
Overall: It does it's work of discussion and groups
Pros: It's simplicity to interact within organization. It is very light weight and easy to navigate. It has good security features
Cons: Not easy to search old conversation. Sometime have experienced poor audio and video quality during meetings.
"Safe chat; market trading tool"
Pros: Symphony is like the slack of the finance world. It's useful for tracking conversations, opening group chatrooms, linking to market applications... all while keeping everything secure, which is a huge priority with cyber security risks of today.
Cons: The tool is a little difficult to navigate, but once you have your chats and applications linked and your signals set up, it's just a matter of spending time throughout your day getting updates. Not the prettiest tool, but it gets the job done.
"User friendly software"
Overall: Good experience and would recommend to ither people as well
Pros: Product is easy to understand and use. Great for sharing information in an organisation.
Cons: Nothing .. software is great and good to use
"Team chat on symphony"
Pros: Very convenient to interact with team via chat and call.. can create group to do group chat
Cons: Name it’s very big to right and not very simple for all to underStand
"The system wasn't what I was looking for and would work best for those with less posts."
Pros: I liked how easy it was to set up. I also appreciated the ease of posting. The platform was visually appeally too.
Cons: It severely limited your ability to post more than 25 blog posts per day. When you require a high level of social platform interaction that really hinders the ability to make the most out of the product.
"Decent Communication Platform"
Overall: Overall, a decent communication platform that is standardized through the finance sector. Good collaboration features although not yet holding up against alternatives like Slack.
Pros: overall good messaging features. Able to do most of the essential tasks, like tagging users in chats, attaching files and emojis, and large group messages.
Cons: Where Symphony lags the competition is in the more robust group messaging features in platforms like Slack that allow for pinned messages, siloed replies, and additional features like video and voice calls.
"Fast and easy to use"
Overall: Overall it’s a good app with most features required for daily functioning within a team.
Pros: It’s easy to get started and intuitive. Sharing files is a handy feature. Starting a group chat for discussing a particular topic is cool.
Cons: It’s a memory intensive app. Searching conversations could be improved for speed and accuracy.
"This was a good, user friendly experience."
Pros: it is user friendly from my experience and I would definitely refer this to my friends and colleagues.
Cons: The look of it is not my favorite. It is always so dark but I guess that is what makes it feel secure to many.
"Awesome!"
Pros: I love how easy the user interface is and how smoothly this program runs on my computer. Perfect for all my needs.
