Mejora notablemente la gestión de nuestros procesos en relación con nuestros clientes. La plataforma es muy intuitiva, lo que permitió a nuestro equipo adaptarse rápidamente sin necesidad de una curva de aprendizaje prolongada. Lo que más valoramos de Simla es su capacidad para centralizar todas las interacciones con clientes en un solo lugar. Otro punto fuerte ha sido el soporte técnico. Cada vez que surgió una duda o requerimos ayuda con la configuración, el equipo de Simla respondió con rapidez, amabilidad y soluciones claras.

Pros

Una de las principales ventajas de Simla es su interfaz intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que facilitó su adopción por parte del equipo. Nos permitió centralizar toda la información del cliente en un solo lugar, desde el primer contacto hasta la postventa, mejorando considerablemente la calidad de la atención y reduciendo tiempos de respuesta.

Cons

Uno de los principales inconvenientes ha sido la falta de compatibilidad con ciertos canales clave como Mercadolibre, Falabella y Éxito.

La articulación con Shopify es una gran ganancia en la generación de remarketing con base en datos de compra, y así aumentar el tiempo de vida de los leads.
