The platform is constantly being improved and we feel well supported by their team. Pros Very modern software that is purpose built for our Internal Audit team. The AuditBoard team is top-notch and they are constantly releasing new features. Cons The platform could use some improvements to existing features. Most of their focus is on new modules and functionality, which is great, but the improvements on modules we don't use aren't helpful. Alternatives considered [TeamMate Audit](https://www.capterra.com/p/143239/TeamMate-Audit-Management/) Reason for choosing AuditBoard AuditBoard's platform was more modern, powerful, and customizable. Their team and client base was also much more impressive than competitors. Switched from [TeamMate Audit](https://www.capterra.com/p/143239/TeamMate-Audit-Management/) We used legacy version of TeamMate (AM) and it was end-of-life and did not have the features we needed to keep up with our work. Cons Some new features/modules could use broader customer beta testing to ensure more feedback is received from core customers. Pros I like how easy it is to organize and maintain controls, test results, workpapers, and recall the evidence that was requested and submitted for each control. I also like how easy it is to create workflows for user access reviews. Cons I don't like that you cannot create sub workflows that are triggered based on the responses of the main workflow. Cons That you cannot link multiple samples to only one annotate in AB. You have to re-do the annotate for each sample, even if you are looking at the same evidence.
