Pros I like that it connects all our risks and audit processes. Cons Nothing, it genuinely solves so many of our process issues. We look forward to increasing integrations and establishing more detailed templates to reduce initial planning work each year on our projects. Pros User experience and user interface is extremely easy to understand. The template system also creates a high level of efficiency, especially adding in templates created in prior years. Cons The control certification functionality (using surveys to confirm if any control changes exist) unfortunately does not allow consolidation or bundling of controls for control owners. Thus, they have to click into each survey one by one. This makes it a bit more frustrating for management as it increases time spent. Review Source SH Sean H. The implemetation process and support was amazing and we are constantly self developing without any need of external assistance. Pros The fact that is an Audit Management System created by Auditors. It really has the capabilities a modern Audit Team needs. Amazing support, academy and community Cons The pictures management is still not sufficient. For our process the use of pictures as proof and the inclusion of images in reports would be very important. It is great to have a platform that integrates elements of risk, audit, and compliance in one place. We have been able to build a program and become more efficient along the way. Cons There are latency issues at times and links within Excel documents do not update.
