Another key criterion was "flexibility". As far as I know, Grape is the fully integrated messenger solution for business tools like Jira, Confluence, Crowd etc. Pros Grape is a Chat Messenger that integrates into my business tools like SharePoint or Atlassian. It is secure or rather outside the US FISA warrant territory. Grape ensures fully compliant data privacy (GDPR).
