### "OneFlow X Hubspot, A happy marriage."

I enjoy working with OneFlow a lot. It's a real QoL improvement compared to the offers we used to make through HubSpot

Pros

I really like the HubSpot integration that they are offering. It has a direct connection with the line-items which makes it really easy to set-up new offers. The interface of Oneflow also provides a clear overview of what is pending etc..

Cons

I would like to manage my messages in a more profound way. Some automation and personalisation in these messages would be helpful.

Salesprocess: good experience. Nice people that really try to work out a deal that helps them AND you. Onboarding process: Good. The onboarding manager has a structured programme to get you up to speed Using it: Seemless integration, easy adoption by sales users. Good!

Pros

Easy to integrate with Salesforce Good Customer experience Customizable in Salesforce Flow!!! Fast customer service

Cons

Reminders cannot easily be migrated between users (off-boarding purposes) Fees for everything: Okta, Salesforce even OKTA user management is an extra fee on top of the Okta access fee.

Had to select a product, SDOCS not in competitor list. Sdocs is completely native to Salesforce, but the management of the tool was very high maintenance and the customer experience was very very meager.

As my rating, I think it's a 6 out of 10. The platform is fine, but there is a lot to improve

Pros

\- Nice look and feel - Easily sharing templates with colleagues

Cons

\- You have to save your documents manually all the time, I think this is outdated: it should save itself every couple of seconds; - If you want te remove something in a document, let's say a couple of products which are in the template, you have to delete them all per item, I think it would be easier if you could select a couple and then delete them at once. - If you copy a text (for example your introduction in a document) to the message for sending the document to a client, all enters dissapear and you have to do them again manually. - generally, I think a lot of processes can be done quicker and easier

It's been a great tool thus far, it is infinitely better than our previous tool which required constant adjustment. It was set up well, and hasn't required any troubleshooting

Pros

Oneflow has been incredibly easy and intuitive to use, it has made issuing and signing contracts a breeze, and really impacted my day to day positively. It is a great way to align on paper processes and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Cons

It's hard to think of specific examples!

10/10 experience, it's worked perfectly for what I needed and my MD is already looking into it himself to see what else it can help us with.

Pros

Oneflow has a lot of useful features that help to keep things organised and running smoothly, I especially like the templates and workspace functions for instance. I also appreciate the quick and simple tutorial at the beginning.

Cons

The only things I'd love to see is some more functionality added to the form builder to make some more interesting layouts, and a more in depth tutorial for form building.

Alternative products were ,ore expensive for what I needed, and by simply looking into it I was inundated with emails and calls that I didn't want. Oneflow is much better with their level of contact and slightly cheaper too.

I really enjoy using Oneflow, the offers look clean and in the past our feedback was taken and developed upon. So I like the improvement as well!

Pros

Easy layout, good communication between creator and receiving end

Cons

It's not very well synced with Salesforce. I you create a new template because you selected the wrong one it's not updating Salesforce.

At first I was quite hesitant on switching from our older tool to Oneflow, but now that I know how Oneflow works it has been the best choice. Such a flexible tool that is also appreciated by our customers, with clear oversight and integration with CRM. Happy!

Pros

The interactive table that customers can adjust themselves. Makes it really easy to just share all our pricing options and gives the choice to the customer to go with whatever they please.

Cons

It would be great if some parts are more customisable or if there is an option to share feedback from within Oneflow with our Oneflow administrator. Would make it more flexible.

I like the clarity of it and the great quick customer service chat feature.

Cons

Quite timely to create new documents, would be good if there were more templates. Also takes a long time to send individual documents

It’s been a great partnership so far. They respond quickly and positively to our requests - for the most part!

Pros

This is great value for money and the team is very supportive. Great customer relations.

Cons

Some important features, like in-line editing and audit trails of terms are missing. Also, integration with more software like Dynamics 365 ERP and more price categories would be preferential.

I have used the software at two employers and I really appricate the set up and how easy it is to use. I do think the customer service could improve and give help faster.

Pros

Oneflow is easy to use and to create templates in. It can be integrated with other systems which make the product even better. Appriciate the store of signed contracts and the ease of searching for older contracts

Cons

Would be amazing if the information filled in in the contract would be transferred to the counterpart are do reduce time setting up a contract.

Very easy to use, a good tool that has saved us a lot of time when signing contracts.

Pros

The best part of the product is how easy it is to use, both for administrators creating the contracts and for signing, both internally and external parties. Very user-friendly.

Cons

When saving documents the "Save as PDF" button has been moved under settings instead of being on the first page. Not a big change, but makes it another step when we need to download documents. Previously it was on the first page of the signed contract.

Pros

The simplicity is awesome, the best i have every used.

Cons

The dual sign feature. When you sign the contract from your end i would like to send the contract to the influencer first and then to the signing part. Today when you sign the contract without the signing part in oneflow the contract will be closed and "signed" when its only signed from my end.

Pros

It works for the demand that we have - we need to be able to send contract to be able to be signed digitaly

Cons

I would like to be able to change the looks on how the contracts looks when I send them out with the templates. Right now I cant customize the different tools because they are pre-made.

Its great with the e-signing. A lot of work has been reduced.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. Some things that i want to change is regarding the templates. I want to change a lot more stuff in that stage, for example which company who are the signing party. Would also like to see that internal comments would be logged.

Cons

There lack of the filing system. Would be easier to handle the contract if you could put them in different categories.

Overall I am very satisfied with it. Right now my job would be very hard without having it.

Pros

Ease of signing. Swedish BankID is very useful for us. Nice e-mail reminders Nice graphic interface and ease of work

Cons

Alarm functions would be nice and can be developed a littlle bit more. Like list an maybe graphs/reports. I slightly imrovement of the "Word" functions would be great
