Excellent reporting features. Will use with other programs! Der Support hat mir sehr geholfen. Pros Sehr hohe Zustellrate, einfache Bedienung, gute Kommunikation. Cons Das Formular, das ich mit dem WIX Pagebuilder gebaut hatte, sah deutlich besser aus als das von CleverReach. Hier konnte ich optisch nicht viel optimieren und musste es so einbetten. Switched from [Wix](https://www.capterra.com/p/169007/Wix/) Die Zustellrate der E-Mails, die ich über WIX versandt habe, war extrem schlecht. In einem Testbericht bin ich dann auf CleverReach aufmerksam geworden und kann nur bestätigen: seit dem Wechsel zu CleverReach sind meine E-Mails im Postkorb der Empfänger gelandet. Besides that, it delivers an effortless list management and a good WYSIWYG editor. Cons Template management needs some training. Also, the editor could be a bit better. Alternatives considered [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) Reason for choosing CleverReach GDPR-compliance and servers in Europe were the decisive factors. You can send the information e.g Newsletter to such a big number of people with only one click. Cons The fonts that we use for our firm are specific and it is not possible to customize your own on the software. After spending some time working with it, I would not recommend it over other platforms like MailChimp and Campaign Monitor. Pros Custom templates and custom modules can be easily created for the drag and drop editor - making the templating system quite advanced, great for companies who are frustrated with the limited custom template options on popular platforms like MailChimp. Users are also given the option to edit the HTML directly, which is not possible on a lot of the more popular platforms. Cons The (English language) documentation is poorly written and includes advice about HTML coding for email which is clearly very much out of date. There is no built in support for preheader/preview text, which is very important in email marketing - support advises to edit the HTML directly, which is not a great option for non-technical users. The pricing tiers jump from free, to €15 per month, to €41.25 per month and then an high volume option for €495 per month, which does not seem to make much sense. Premium support costs extra - it is not included in even the high volume plan. Review Source RK Risto K. Pros Relativ einfach einen Newsletter erstellen und versenden,Die Adressen lassen sich auch einfach einfügen! Cons Man muss sich schon ein in dieser Materie auskennen. Da ich nur selten Newsletter versende, ist diese Software für mich zu teuer.Cool wäre es, wenn man pro Newsletter zahlen würde und nicht Pakete für ein Monat.
