I mainly use the customer match integration with Google ads and it works quite well. There’s also a lot of great personalisation than you can build into your landing pages using Blueconic.

Pros

Customer segment data from Blueconic is great. Really enables deep personlisation based on first part data.

Cons

It can be a little hard to use sometimes mainly due to the user interface. There’s a lot of options and it can be intimidating.

It is a useful easy tool it covers the needs of a CDP tool lacks a little flexibility but in general is easy and useful.

Pros

It is a useful CDP platform; with easy integrations, easy processes and clear information. My team really appreciates how easy it is to move around and understand quickly.

Cons

It might be too tight some times, we sometimes need a little more flexibility and maybe an AI component in the future.

Overall a good experience. Since we deal both b2c and b2b, had troubles handling b2b usecases due to its lack of support with RDBMS

Pros

Quick and easy onboarding for non technical people to work on. Less complex compared to other similar platforms Good customer support

Cons

Lack of functionality to adopt working on Relational data bases. Difficult to adjust for B2B use cases. Limited profile properties when customers with a lot of subscriptions to be added

Blueconic is a capable CDP platform and has allowed us to drive conversion on-site across a range of brands, however, I find the overall platform difficult to use and could be improved

Pros

The range of on-site marketing dialogues available and the ability to drive conversion through lifecycles

Cons

The dialogue build process is very clunky and not very user friendly compared to other CDPs. The design can be quite glitchy and hard to work with.

Overall, BlueConic has been a valuable CDP for improving customer engagement and personalization. It helped our team better unify customer profiles, build smarter audience segments, and create more targeted lifecycle campaigns.

Pros

BlueConic does a great job centralizing customer data and giving CRM and marketing teams a clearer view of the customer journey. It made audience segmentation, lifecycle targeting, and personalized engagement much easier for our team.

Cons

The platform has a learning curve, especially when managing more advanced CRM workflows or integrations.

Pros

It's not too complicated or time-consuming to set up BlueConic segments; you can create a segment in just a few minutes or less. The dashboard and views of certain data points are quite helpful; for example: the graphs that show how many users from a segment have visited a site within a specific time period.

Cons

The UI and organization of the platform isn't as intuitive as I think it could be; after creating a BlueConic segment, the process of making it available to Google Ad Manager as a targeting value isn't very intuitive and the table where you add the value to is not easy to work with when you have more than 30 or so Segments connected to GAM.

Still early to tell but we're hoping to take advantage of BlueConic to a more dynamic level, increased the degree to which we're using it on a regular basis and continue to rely on it as a platform that centralizes rich data about who and how our audience is engaging with online content.

Pros

BlueConic's user interface is single-handedly it's most admirable feature. For a platform that we're using to track and better understand our online audience and web traffic, having a visually dynamic and translattable way to understand data is crucial and BlueConic is great at it.

Cons

The platform can get so complicated and convoluted that sometimes it's hard to figure out how to scale it to a smaller company. We barely feel like we're using the platform to its full potential and that can be a little frustrating.

Excellent interface Play a vital role in business models very useful tool facilitates work and decreases times

Pros

Very useful because it captures data in real time. Your data is easily used once captured. It can be used for the orientation of announcements and surveys. Its technology and interface have nothing like it. It integrates perfectly with the updated websites.

Cons

Currently the profile data is not seen, such as the date of creation or update, which is a very valuable benefit. To track the necessary data, sometimes it becomes complicated. It could have some more "ready to use" APIs.
