This program has everything you need for managing facilities. It's super user-friendly, and the customer support is top-notch—always there to help with any questions or needs.

Pros

Customer service, customer service, customer service! They consistently walk me through each step of issue resolution, going above and beyond to provide extra tips and assistance.

Cons

It's a bit pricey, and the front end could benefit from a touch of modernity.

Pros

Quick and easy to operate, works smooth and without interruptions, makes our work easy and time saving. Great PHOBS team is always at our disposal.

Cons

No major issues. In case of any issues customer support is always there to help.

Reservation coming from the website with a non-valid card, does not have the option to send the guest a notice to update the CC.

Pros

It's great to see they are constantly improving and adding new features. They also listen to feedback and their tech support is really good and friendly. We hope it stays that way as they grow as a company. All in all, we are very happy with the service they provide.

Cons

Deeper integration with other apps is great. It's just a shame that for a small business, activating some of those features which don't come as standard costs quite a lot of money and often times ends up being not worth it - even though it would help modernize our way of doing day to day tasks.

Couldn't find a fault. They are constantly improving PHOBS with new features, they are thing of improvements before you do.
