Pros The management system is excellent for collating files. Cons The accounting system through Paddle.com is disgraceful. I tried to update our credit card details to pay our yearly subscription and the repeated message from Paddle.com was 'Page not found'. Subsequently they cancel our account because we were not given the opportunity to update payment details. So now we cannot operate through FolderIt. It is totally unprofessional.
