Easy to use and fairly priced. Glad I found Elastic Email for our startup business needs. Definitely worth considering.

Pros

The price compared to how many emails I can send to my audience! Super important since we send out a daily newsletter. I also appreciate that with our RSS feed the whole thing is displayed when the email is opened - no need to "open in browser to see all".

Cons

I wish there were more customization options for the RSS feed display. Also, wish each email sent using the schedule campaign with "send every x" option showed in reports as separate emails rather than cumulative opens/clicks.

Es suficiente para cubrir mi necesidad, puesto que tengo 10 sitios web. Y mi suscripción es suficiente, no tendré que escalar a otra por mucho tiempo. Great, I am here to stay. The serive is good, the interface works well and the price is very competitive

Pros

Once I got through the learning curve, it all made allot of sense. I like how the dashboard gives me everything I need immediately, it updates in seconds. I also like the level of detail that is available. I am an analyst and its clear that I can go down to the individual data level.

Cons

I am not sure why some emails are not being sent. I imagine that there are issues with the email structure, but if they are not bounces then I cannot figure out why If i send 100 emails only 80 will be sent.

Once configured, it runs smoothly in the background, handling everything from invoices to reminders without issues. It provides excellent value for money and gives me peace of mind that critical emails are delivered quickly and consistently.

Pros

I mostly use Elastic Email for transactional emails in all my applications, such as sending welcome messages, reminders, warnings, automated invoices, and announcements. What I like most is its reliability and high deliverability rate, ensuring that important emails always reach users on time. The API is straightforward, well documented, and integrates easily with different platforms.

Cons

One of the downsides is the lack of more in-depth dashboards and analytics for transactional email monitoring. The existing interface feels more geared towards marketing campaigns, so it can be harder to get detailed insights about deliverability, engagement, or performance of transactional messages.

Overall, Elastic Email has been an excellent platform for managing both transactional and marketing emails. It balances powerful features with ease of use, making it accessible whether you’re just starting out or running larger campaigns. Security features and compliance tools give me confidence in using it for client projects, and the pricing is very competitive for the value provided. It’s become one of the tools I recommend to others who need a cost-effective but full-featured email solution.

Pros

I love how easy Elastic Email is to use once you get set up. The dashboard feels intuitive, and the learning curve is minimal compared to other platforms I’ve tried. Email sending is reliable, and I’ve noticed strong deliverability rates. I also appreciate the wide range of tools for list management, automations, and analytics—it’s great to have everything in one place without needing a bunch of integrations.

Cons

The biggest downside is that some of the advanced features take a little extra time to fully understand, especially if you’re new to email marketing. The interface can feel a bit crowded in certain areas, and I’d love to see a cleaner breakdown of reports. Support is helpful, but occasionally the response time could be faster.

Excellent response - the delivery of emails has been exemplary. There hasn't been anytime where the delivery was delayed.

Pros

First and foremost was the fact that the setup and use was quite easy. However, the most important factor has been the reliability; thus, the delivery of emails to recipients. The data provided makes it easy to follow individual requests and determine disposition. I've used the chat tool on a few occasions to remedy a problem and the response and guidance offered was second to none. All in all, Elastic Email has provided a value-added service. An exceptional tool!

Cons

It's not a major issue; however, the data log could be improved for readability. It takes time to decipher the disposition of each email.
