The serive is good, the interface works well and the price is very competitive **Pros:** Once I got through the learning curve, it all made allot of sense. I like how the dashboard gives me everything I need immediately, it updates in seconds. I also like the level of detail that is available. I am an analyst and its clear that I can go down to the individual data level. **Cons:** I am not sure why some emails are not being sent. I imagine that there are issues with the email structure, but if they are not bounces then I cannot figure out why If i send 100 emails only 80 will be sent. Once configured, it runs smoothly in the background, handling everything from invoices to reminders without issues. It provides excellent value for money and gives me peace of mind that critical emails are delivered quickly and consistently. **Pros:** I mostly use Elastic Email for transactional emails in all my applications, such as sending welcome messages, reminders, warnings, automated invoices, and announcements. What I like most is its reliability and high deliverability rate, ensuring that important emails always reach users on time. The API is straightforward, well documented, and integrates easily with different platforms. **Cons:** One of the downsides is the lack of more in-depth dashboards and analytics for transactional email monitoring.
